The main issue is reading.
The main issue is reading the whole material.
There is no audio/video which will give all information.
The course has to be read. That means I have to find time to do it.
Audio files/video files can be watched while doing other stuff but in this case it is not possible.
Also, cannot copy some specific info to make notes. These r presentation files. Finishing this course will take alot of time and is not possible as I have family kids and job keeping me occupied already. These r some concerns to start with.
Also, the recording audio in recordings are not quiet audible as the voice is kinda echoing

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the course hasn’t met your expectations, as we always aim to provide a positive and supportive learning experience for our students.
Our courses are designed to be professional, industry-level qualifications rather than short introductory courses. Because of this, they include a combination of written lessons, interactive activities, video tutorials, and assessments to ensure students gain a well-rounded understanding of the subject. While video content is provided, the course is not advertised as being video only. We also offer a demo of the learning platform on our website so prospective students can see the course structure before enrolling.
We completely understand that studying requires dedicated time, especially when balancing family and work commitments. If you found early on that the course wasn’t the right fit for your learning style, your enrolment was covered by our 7-day money back guarantee, and we would have been happy to assist with a refund during that period.
We also appreciate your comment about the audio in one of the recordings and will review this to ensure it meets our usual quality standards.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. If there’s anything we can help you with moving forward, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Kind regards - Sarah, Pet Courses Support

I found these courses very informative and clear. The mentor was quick at grading assessments and overall a delight. I loved how I could work at my own pace, as I tend to hyperfocus then get distracted. I'm grateful for the privilege to have participated in these courses and for all the knowledge I get to start with while training under my local professional dog groomer hands on.
