Really well written course
Really well written course, I learnt so much and found it really interesting. The assessments are completed and then submitted to a tutor for marking, all assessments were marked quickly with personalised feedback from the tutor. The course sets practical tasks alongside the theory learning which were also very useful. I fully recommend the course.

Great course, personal support
I chose this course due to its financial value, and I was not disappointed. It is a theory course only, so you will need to have the drive and skill to get your own practical experience, which I had no problem with.
The modules were easy to follow and well explained, yet the assignments left place for further self-guided online study and research.
Having achieved a 100% pass mark on all exams made me proud of my efforts and confident in my theoretical skills, which I now am keen to transfer to practical experience.
I can highly recommend this course, and all email contact I had, was fast, friendly and professional.

Review on Dog Grooming Diploma
I’ve just finished the last assessment and have passed all of them! I have found this course to be very informative and enjoyable from start to finish.
Each module was thoughtfully structured, building on the last, and I appreciated how clearly the grooming techniques were explained. The combination of written material, videos and assessments really helped reinforce everything I was learning. I also found the feedback on assessments helpful and encouraging—it motivated me to keep improving with each step.
One of the things I really liked was how the course didn't just focus on grooming itself, but also included important extras like health and safety, handling dogs of different temperaments and even tips on customer service and running a grooming business.
I now feel much more confident in my grooming skills and I’m excited to take what I’ve learned and put it into practice. I can't wait to start my home grooming business.
Highly recommend this course to anyone who’s thinking about getting into dog grooming or just wants to sharpen their skills. Thank you to the course team for such a great experience!

You know when you're onto something…
You know when you're onto something good when you find yourself studying still at 1am because you just enjoy the course so much :) I have just submitted the third assessment and can't wait to do the fourth and last.
I chose this course over 4 other online dog grooming courses because it seemed to offer a lot more valuable resources than the others. Absolutely no regrets there. It is a very well structured course with multiple choice tests after each module and a written assessment after 3 modules. The mentor has been writing lovely comments which is sooo encouraging especially when you study on your own.
So, if you're not quite sure if you should enrol into the Diploma in Dog Grooming, don't be!! The information and knowledge you'll gain will set you up to start your own business.

Every Dog Owner Should Take a Pet First Aid Course!
I just finished my pet first aid course today! I had a great time and found it very informative. As a dog owner myself, I found the course to be really helpful in learning valuable techniques and skills that I feel will be essential in an emergency.
However, the course is more basic on words, so I did find that I sometimes needed to Google images or videos to fully understand the exact positioning or movements required for some procedures.
Once I had some questions, and the support team responded really quickly and helpfully, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I enjoyed the course and highly recommend it to all dog owners!

The real deal for serious Dog Groomers
Having a degree in Behavioural Science from Griffith University, I was intrigued by the notion of a course on a subject that is not currently held under strict protocol in how the course is delivered, nor what subject contents must be included and to what standard however I was pleasantly impressed with PetCourses Diploma in Professional Dog Grooming as well as the Certificates in First Aid and Behaviour and Training. The three together are a must have and I learned a lot. The content was easy to follow and the assessments were a challenge I enjoyed as they really made me learn more in depth and I feel far better having completed all three courses with Petcourses. When you bring out more courses sign me up! Thank you! Very professional, the real deal and amazing value, same if not better content than competitors - thank you!

Thank you for your incredible 5 star review! We’re so pleased to hear that you found our Dog Grooming Diploma, First Aid Certificate, and Behaviour & Training Certificate to be a valuable and well-rounded combination. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the challenge of the assessments and felt they deepened your learning—our goal is to ensure students gain real, practical knowledge they can use with confidence, led by experienced industry professionals.
As you mentioned, dog grooming is an unregulated industry, and with so many different study options available, it can be hard to know which path to take. We actually see it as a benefit that we’re not tied to a strict curriculum. Instead of covering topics dictated by outdated standards, we focus on delivering real-world skills, knowledge and resources that truly prepare our students for success as professional dog groomers.
We really appreciate your kind words about the quality of our courses and how they compare to competitors. It means a lot coming from someone with a degree in Behavioural Science! We’ll definitely keep you posted on any new courses—we’d love to have you back.
Wishing you all the very best. Sarah - Pet Courses Support
