I recently transferred ownership of my new dog who was already registered with Pet Database. I found the experience very positive both when I contacted them on the phone on two occasions and by email. Holly Thompson was very friendly and made the process easy and quick. Thank you.

We rescued a puppy and had to arrange the transfer of information from the previous owner to ourselves. Holly was very helpful in arranging this and advising what we needed to do. The process was easy and quick.

I have 3 dogs all with different microchip providers and honestly wouldn’t have had any idea how to update them all or who they were even registered with so this has been a godsend! It is so important to keep your pet safe so found Pet Database to be very useful and easy to use.
