I was looking for lamb tripe for a sick dog and as I live remotely it was becoming hard. Then a friend told me about pet direct and the staff there were very helpful. They even told me how to make an account and navigate around the website. The delivery was faster than I expected and the K9 dehydrated lamb tripe id excellent. Thank you.

Outstanding delivery - fast and you can easily change the delivery date for sooner if you're running out of food! Wonderful customer service if anything goes wrong (it almost never does though). I now buy all things pet from pet direct.

Outstanding service and fast delivery within Auckland. Ordered 4pm on a Thursday and was delivered by 10am the next day. They were able to price match a competitors price without any issues. Wide range of stock available at good prices. Their new app is very seamless and easy to use as well. Highly recommend.

Rude and pushy staff. Went to the mount Wellington store and kept trying to sell me the most expensive cat food when I was wanting something cheaper. made me feel like I wasn't good to my cats. won't shop here again.
