I found just what I needed quickly at a great price
I found just what I needed at a great price. Normally an elderly dog comfort product I could only get through an international website. Arrived quickly which really helps when you too are dealing with your old friend 'sunsetting' and that he might not be with you much longer.

Very happy long term user of Petdirect
Petdirect website is very user friendly. Extensive product range. Pet food prices lower than most other stores/online sites. Fast delivery, super efficient auto-delivery (which is easy to update/change/add to if needed. Very trustworthy store. I've never contacted Customer Service as they've never made a mistake. Good comms too when things happen (weather situations) so you are kept in the loop re deliveries.
