Just a horrible experience the twist and lick doesn’t work but once they have your money that’s very bad company also no notice of subscription till they took another £50 out of my bank which I can’t get back and got another useless twist and lick stay clear from this conman company it shouldn’t be aloud to trade on unsuspecting people I am a pensioner and have been well and truly robbed of money which I can’t afford to loose they won’t accept a. Return and won’t give a refund so please do not buy from this company

Like all other reviewers on here, this terrible company put us on a subscription that was not asked for and was not shown when the initial order was made. This was a monthly repeat order, even though the original order was for three months supply. A request to return and refund was refused.
This practice is ILLEGAL under UK consumer protection laws and is known as 'a subscription trap' or 'inertia selling'. I urge all customers who have been scammed in this way to A) Contact your payment provider, explain what has happened, and ask them to reverse the payment, and B) Contact your local trading standards office.

Absolutely terrible experience - they set up a subscription and kept my disabled mothers payment details and a month later a repeat order arrived she had no knowledge of setting up. They then refused to take back the unopened dog toothpaste or issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I am unable to leave zero stars or I would.
I ordered Spray & Lick from this company, I ordered x3 bottles (as recommended because it was the cheapest way and was 3 months supply).
One month later, another x3 bottles were charged for and sent, I requested a refund but was told I could not have one as it was AUTOMATICALLY SENT AND CHARGED FOR !!
This company keeps your payment information.
I asked for no further e mails to be sent and for refund as this useless product DOES NOT WORK.
E mails have continued, refund refused and NOT sent.
DO NOT DEAL WUTH THIS USELESS COMPANY !!
