As we settle into our new home, huge thanks must go to Melanie Griffiths from the Stratford Upon Avon office. She is someone, that if she says she is going to do something, she does!
A very proactive person, sorting things that might happen, chasing others, all to speed the process along.
Clearly a credit to Peter Clarke

We rented a property through Peter Clarke and Co. The Stratford on Avon office have little regards for us as tenants..they are very pro landlord and only interested in taking your money and large deposits which are unlikely to come back for frivolous reasons.
The property we rented has water leaking from the cielings..is damp throughout and we have had a vermin problem for almost 2 years..these are extreme health hazards but we dare complain for risk of being thrown out!! Peter Clarke had a duty of care not to put us in this situation but they are only concerned with money !!!!
I would avoid this company and their arrogant staff at all costs.

I can not thank all the staff I dealt with enough. They have always communicated extremely well during a complicated sale and certainly took a lot of the stress away with their clear and calm words. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Many thanks to all.

Our experience with Russell from Peter Clarke was nothing short of fantastic. We purchased our dream home and I can honestly say that even in a busy market we always felt that we were treated like his only clients. I found Peter Clarke & Co to be both helpful and efficient, and based on my experience with this company, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The pre sales publicity and presentation was excellent, we had10 viewings in the first week and two good offers.
The Management of the short chain was also very good and the sales manager kept us informed, liaised with all the parties up to exchange of contracts.

I would like to thank Renee and the Peter Clarke team in Leamington Spa for their excellent support through out the sale process of my fathers home. There support has made a difficult process so much better

Excellent service from Peter Clarke’s , especially Russ ! We had our sale & purchase & mother in laws sale going through at the same time, plus I had really bad Covid , he dealt with everything ! The one sale was a bit of a nightmare & required lots of attention but Russ dealt with it like a true professional ! Over the past few months I have had various contacts with Renee Roberts of Peter Clarke’s Leamington branch. Despite my best efforts a court order prevented me from using Renee and her branch from selling my property. I have had many agents round, although perfectly pleasant and professional, none gave the same personal, considerate and thoughtful approach as Renee. Every phone call and email has been responded to immediately, always remembering details and circumstances (including our rabbit !) instilling confidence and a genuine desire to help. Only occasionally do you meet people who go the extra mile, Renee went an extra two. Her efforts get a huge thank you and much appreciation. I only wish I could have earned them a fee. Jo

I recently purchased a property in Solihull through Russell Patterson and I can honestly say that the service he provided was absolutely superlative! I never expected to become a home owner after viewing just a single property but to my surprise we were fortunate enough to have experienced a seamless and almost effortless process completing within 2 months during the busy stamp duty holiday period.
