Claim form detailed, but easy to navigate. Once all required documents submitted Thursday, claim settled Friday, and settlement for full amount less excess in my account Tuesday. Excellent service.

Punished for Making Claims
They raised the policy significantly after two claims (one an accident and one for pneumonia so neither indicating future issues). When I called, I was told it was not punishment for claiming but that the claims affect the price... Seems the same thing to me.
It's also worth adding that it took 3 months for them to finalise the first claim for me.
Edit based on the company response to this rating. Despite the reply saying they would reach out to me to discuss, they did not. I have heard nothing at all 5 months later.

SCAM AVOID
SCAM - paying 5 years. They cover nothing -- all T&Cs. Not 1 claim has been covered.
I've paid the highest level of cover and yet every excuse not to pay.
Would not recommend these.

I have insured my pets since they were pups with Pet Insurance they are very reliable & very quick with their response with our claim. Staff were friendly & professionals.

Finally got the claim for our cocker…
Finally got the claim for our cocker spaniel sorted. But what a mess and pain it was. They lost information, claing thye never rhad it and we were constantly flooded with requests for information. I do not know how our vet kept their patience with request for the same information.
Finally sort my a Manager 5* to him it took a whole shift for him to resolve the claims.
Follow on. Can you believe they did the same with a continuation claim. Marking it as a new claim and requesting information already on file ???
Reason leaving this. It seems to be the only way they reply and even then when you do reply to them, yes you are stuck with the standard thank you for your email someone will get back to you.....the roundabout goes on

It was very straightforward, but the only problem I had was I wanted to pay on a monthly basis, but you took the whole€180 out all together
It seems straightforward, I have been looking and thinking about get my little dog insured,I'm happy to be insured now by pet insurance ,hopefully we can have a lasting relationship into the future. 😍

Hassle free and Quick!
We found pet insurance.ie really good. We submitted our first claim after our dog who had a stomach issues and needed surgery. There was no hassle or issues. Vet submitted the claim form and pet insurance paid out really quickly. We had no hassle at all.
