Don't trust them
Don't trust them, they will not pay out on claims if the nature of the claim is for an investigatory procedure. Had to get a loan to cover the cost of my cats procedure after paying these eejits for a year.

I found It very easy to get the insurance my puppy was very young I want to protect her like I want to protect my house my children my car etc your policy was impressive I picked your company out after much research,way more easy than other insurance eg. Car house etc I have never been with your company or had pet insurance so I suppose ask me when and hopefully never something happened
