I have been ordering from Petsfella for years for my birds, this is my go to site for my pet's food and toys. It takes about 2 days to receive the products, and they always come in great condition, excellent packaging.

What really went wrong is you sent this before I've received my shipment.

Now, I probably blame the Canadian postal workers Union, not you guys, but I gotta be honest. Still waiting. You probably should have used Purolator. It's not actually much more expensive, anyway.

Edit: 11 days later, it has been returned to sender. Delivery was never attempted. Now what? Do you try to send it again? Or give me a refund?

I needed these specific bird perches for my bird cage and they are so long I literally couldn't find them anywhere. I bought the cage I have 12 years ago but I came across this site and they had them! The exact perches that came with my cage when I bought the cage. I never thought I'd be able to find them.
