Fantastic service - they went out of their way to find us a solution and then in having the package shipped to us. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

What can I say , a fantastic company that has brilliant old fashioned customer care …where they go above and beyond to help you . I purchased the Innopet Monaco buggy as an upgrade from my former buggy but unfortunately there was a manufacters fault with it , which was no fault of Pets Own Us . I contacted them and to be honest was concerned how they would respond. They were absolutely fantastic!! I dealt with Patrick who was so incredibly helpful ,polite and professional. He arranged for the buggy to be collected from my home with no cost to myself , and I decided to replace it with the Innopet avenue and a refund of the difference. I received my new replacement buggy the next day after the other was collected and a couple of days later my refund was received.
I would advise anybody to use this company as they truly are fantastic….thank you Pets Own Us for everything and a special shout out to Patrick for all your help.

Fantastic company to deal with, amazing customer service and although we didn’t end up finding the right coat for our dog, they answered questions, were really helpful and so easy to communicate with to try and get the right size.
Definitely use them again for anything doggo related

Very fast delivery, excellent customer service. Both my girls love the pet stroller. Very easy to assemble and looks great.

The item we ordered was out of stock so free upgrade was sent which was more expensive at no extra cost .

very responsive and helpful communication, I feel reassured that should I have any issues in the future that pets own us will be supportive. Great range of quality buggies for pets. I am really pleased with mine

Ordered an innopet buggy up to 25kg. It was delivered within 48 hours and is a great product our dog (13kg cocker spaniel) loves it.
The hood height could do with been a bit taller as she has to lie down when its raining due to the lack of height but apart from that its perfect.

Competitive prices in fact the best and free delivery with a discount 🤩

Was seeking to replace my rain cover as it was damaged After a number of years. I contacted the live help and got an immediate response and order sorted . Super helpful and within a few days had a new cover . I bought my sporty innopet here too . This company is is excellent - thank you pets own us

Absolutely delighted with my Innopet Allure dog pushchair. It's perfect for my elderly Westie cross - he can't walk far due to arthritis etc but the pushchair enables us both to make the most of our walks. The pushchair is very easy to assemble, smooth and lightweight to push, and folds up nicely for fitting into the car boot. Pleased with my purchase and very speedy delivery too.

Really sturdy product and very easy to use. Also the customer service was fantastic- very quick to respond to my queries and extremely helpful.

Excellent company good informative website. My order was processed quickly and arrived promptly. My old Chihuahuas loves it in his pram out walking he thinks he's Ben Hur! With my pram i can take out all the dogs together and not leave the old boy at home

Absolutely great service. Ordered the stroller on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. Very happy with the product and the service I received.

Super nett ,alles lief prima , danke ! ❤️

Ordered two items. A buggy and grooming table. Buggy arrived, but no table.
Patrick said It should have been in the same package, but logged a query with their warehouse to look into this. It was found to be a warehouse error and the table was sent express and arrived two days later.
No fuss, just great customer service.

Fantastic company with great customer service. Our product arrived super quickly and the process was well communicated throughout.
