K9wagons Opiniones

My dog had lost interest in his usual walks because he was arthritic. His quality of life was suffering and he was bored. I was beside myself thinking of ways to help him. I had no idea that strollers for big dogs existed until I saw one on tv. Having searched all over the internet for an affordable stroller that would take a dog his weight/size, I eventually came upon K9 Wagons. What an absolute godsend. The InnoPet stroller was perfect. They gave advice on how to get a large stubborn dog used to it. He absolutely loved it. It gave him a new lease of life and caused a sensation wherever he went. I found K9 wagons to be the very best of British companies and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They care about their products and offer much better value than Anywhere else. I know this for fact. My dog walked further than he had in a long time when he had his pram. He saw places we never thought we could get to and his world opened up again. It was without doubt the best thing I ever bought for him. I wish I had bought it years ago. I would urge anyone considering buying one to go ahead and buy it from K9 Wagons. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic customer service and absolutely brilliant product..
We went for the Sporty Deluxe for our aging Border terrier. He can be a very tricky customer but has totally taken to this buggy.
It is a quality product and pushing it around is so easy and such a smooth ride for our dog Toby. This has totally opened up our world again as he simply couldn't walk far due to arthritis.
We were so pleased with the price and the customer service, Abi actually delivered it herself and set it up for us as we don't live far away. Now that's customer surface for you!
I wish we had done this sooner.
Would totally recommend K9 wagons.

Absolutely 5 stars. Ordered an Innopet EFA in the morning & arrived the next morning. Excellent company with the best price for this model.
I had my last Innopet EFA for eleven years! In my opinion Innopet are the best on the market.
Would definitely recommend K9 Wagons.

After spending a few weeks researching pet buggies we called K9 Wagons late one Friday afternoon to see if they could offer some advice. Well, we were absolutely amazed with how long Abi spent on the phone with us to understand both ours and our dog's needs. We went with her recommendation for an InnoPet Sporty Evolution buggy, which she was able to sell to us at a very competitive price. Although tis was quite late on a Friday afternoon the buggy arrived the following Tuesday. We are so grateful for Abi's time and advice in helping us to secure something that really does meet both our and our dog's needs so well.
Thank you and K9 Wagons Abi for such excellent customer service.

Cheapest Price I could find for the purchase I wanted on the Net. Ordered Late SUnday Night. was delivered hasslefree First thing Tuesday with free delivery.

Fantastic company, Abi gives you a personal touch with wonderful communication, help and support at all times. Abi has provided us with two wagons now and always gives us a little discount, which we don`t ask. I have had many a call with her when needing advice and she is always there for you. K9 Wagons is not just another business, they really hand on heart care xxx

Excellent customer service. Was directed to the best option for our dogs need. Order placed and as promised, the pet wagon arrived the next day. Highly recommend K9 wagons.

Fabulous company, selling quality. A small business that really cares about what it does. Thank you.

Delighted with the InnoPet Sporty Deluxe pram purchased for my old girl which has given her a new lease of life! Also delighted in the service and excellent communication from K9 Wagons as when there was a fault with the frame it was immediately dealt with and replacement frame organised.

We honestly couldn’t recommend K9 Wagons enough! Abi was absolutely incredible in helping us choose the perfect wagon for our old boy, Archie. From the very start, the service felt so personal — you could tell Abi genuinely cared about helping us, not just selling a pushchair. She truly understood what we were going through, having experienced it herself, and was passionate about finding the right solution for paw-parents with pups struggling with mobility.

The one-to-one experience of taking Archie to try out his new wheels is something we’ll never forget. No one dreams of having their fur baby in a pushchair (especially a lively spaniel!), but Abi made the whole process feel positive and memorable.

Archie LOVES his new wheels, and we’re beyond grateful that he never has to be left behind again just because he can’t keep up. Thanks to Abi and K9 Wagons, we can keep making special memories together — and that means the world to us.

Abi was great and has a lot of empathy 🩷
She took time to listen (which all dog carers want!) and she gave great advice on what buggy would suit my darling boy.
There was a stock delay (Innopet were moving warehouses I think?) but Abi kept me upto date with everything. Buggy arrived safely and the follow up service was good too. Would highly recommend K9 wagons👍

I decided to get a buggy for my 13 year old border collie so I contacted K9 Wagons to ask for advice. Abi was very helpful in suggesting the best model for us.
I ordered the InnoPet Hercules and it was delivered quickly.
I’m very pleased with my purchase and am working on getting my dog used to going in it at home before we have our first adventure. He is nervous of new things but I’m sure he will get there.
I would highly recommend K9 Wagons for great advice and knowledge about their products.

We spoke to Abi for advise and bought an InnoPet Sporty Evolution for our elderly cockapoo. She loves it and we can now go for longer walks again with our younger dog who trots alongside. The buggy is robust for walks through forest and off road and we had the gel inserted in the tyres before delivery for peace of mind with punctures. The buggy is very easy to transport in the car and after taking off the wheels fits behind the passenger seat of our RAV4. Delivery was very quick and would certainly recommend K9 wagons over buying through an other well known on line provider.

We phoned for advice on the best pushchair for our Tripaw Dobie, K9 Wagons were really helpful, going no only through the options for the correct set of wheels but also explaining the straightforward finance options

Excellent, efficient service and good advice. Purchased Innopet Hercules, which provided much needed support for my Rhodesian ridgeback. Delivered really quickly. Would use K9 Wagons again.

A great company, super fast delivery, I will be making sure I buy all my wagon supplies from them from now on. Clearly the owners know what they are talking about and are especially passionate about it. Thanks for making a big purchase for a sad reason as good as it could be!

We had the best experience with K9 Wagons. They were so helpful in making sure we bought the right one of our dog Buxton. He had a great day out and has new buggy means he can join us on more walks on adventures. I would highly recommend them, when I originally ordered on the website Abi reached out to us to say she thought the one I ordered would be too small for Buxton and to come visit their showroom. She was correct and we ended up having to size up but her due diligence saved us the hassle of having to send back the incorrect one and we were instead able to leave that day with Buxton's new wheels. I am so grateful for K9 Wagons for sorting us out and helping us create more memories with our best friend.
