Jason and Pete came and replaced the damaged window and also my neighbours. Very quick and efficient, excellent service highly recommend.

Good all round experience with Phair windows - good advice from Jake on what would suit our house, and fitting by Lincoln and Liam was great, so keen to make sure everything was perfect for us. Very pleased now it’s all done.

2nd time using Phair Windows. Needed a new back door as part of a kitchen refit. Contacted Phair Windows and they came out very quickly to discuss our needs and provide us with a quote. We needed the door fitting to a tight timescale and they achieved this for us. Lincoln and a colleague fitted the door and it's perfect. I would definitely recommend the company to others and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

After getting an overpriced quote from another company, I decided to go with Phair Windows, who are local to me. I had a fair, transparent quote within just a few of hours of enquiring – no nonsense, just straightforward from start to finish. The surveyor came out within two days, and the porch was fitted within a few weeks. The fitters were brilliant – polite, hardworking, and clearly take pride in what they do. The new porch looks fantastic and has really changed the look of the front of my home. Thank you so much, Phair Windows. First-class service all the way!

We had two paying projects undertaken by Phair Windows, with the quality of both products being excellent.
The fitting of a new porch door, plus a separate garage window, was faultless and carried out with minimal fuss.
A third project, being the repair of a conservatory roof panel which was included free of charge with our first order, turned out to be more complex than originally thought. However, after personal involvement by Robert Smith, Phair Window's Managing Director, the project was completed successfully.

I wanted a conservatory built as an extension on the house. A friend recommended Phair windows to me after they had theirs done last year. I was very happy with the work done, the installation took a week, the team was very friendly and professional, and tidied up after themselves each day. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to get a conservatory built.

After receiving a poor quote from another company , I decided to use Phair Windows which is just down the road from me. I had a very reasonable quote within 2 hours of enquiring. There was no messing around , straight forward from start to finish. Surveyor contacted me and came within 48 hours. Also advised me on colours etc and style. Windows then ordered. They were fitted within 4 weeks. The fitters were marvellous, so helpful, worked so hard. Didn’t even want any tea/coffee etc. Just got on with it. Can’t fault them at all. I enjoyed the banter between them as well. Windows look lovely. I went for agate for the front windows, just love the look. Thank you very much Phair Windows. Fabulous from start to finish x
