Delivery was a worry and late but did get order
What I ordered was good value for money and I willbprobably but again but delivery was slow. I paid for quicker delivery but that didn't happen. I did send you an email asking you for update but I didn't get a response which was a shame. I read some of the reviews and people were saying that they have not received their orders which made me worry.

Paid for next day delivery. Took 5 days to arrive. I ended up getting some from a local store.

the product, dressings, does what it says.
having ordered the product it didn't arrived in the expected time so I phoned to chase. I had ordered three of the same item and was told you only had two in stock and would send after re-ordering. Having waited some time again I phoned again and was told the item was now in stock and they eventually arrived.

Taken money & not delivered
I ordered a product on 26th December on 24 hour delivery. I knew it would be delayed by a few days but on 11th January I still haven't received it.
They haven't answered the phone nor replied to several emails.
They have kept my money and not sent the product.
Absolutely awful company.

Not what I ordered.
The product I received is not what I ordered. I emailed this company over a week ago on the day I opened the parcel to inform them but still no reply.
One plus was that it was sent tracked 24 and got here promptly after dispatch.
