Lovely team member I was speaking to, raised the order almost straight away, and had it delivered on the agreed date, within short turn around time which is amazing. Thanks to Leanne.

Faulty item replaced without question
I raised an enquiry about whether a small item could be replaced when it became faulty after a few months. Although I was only able to give outline information about the original order, the enquiries team sourced the relevant information and arranged a replacement the same working day. It was a small, inexpensive item but, as school budgets are straining, I'm delighted to receive a replacement. I have full confidence in the company to address any concerns I raise.
