Big it up

The on-line buying process was fantastic, the website was easy to navigate, the goods came very securely packaged and arrived within a few days, could not fault this part of the experience however the products themselves have not been so good, the range I purchased was called big it up and I thought it was supposed to give my hair more volume unfortunately although it smells lovely it has just made my hair even more soft, limp, fine, flyaway and unmanageable then ever and I will be going back to my old brand, very disappointed 😔

Delivery took a bit longer than…

Delivery took a bit longer than expected. Haven't had a chance to try the product yet.

My child has mixed race hair so it…

My child has mixed race hair so it isn't easy trying to get the right hair products or the right hair brushes etc. A friend recommended this brush as she faces the same problems with her child. It is excellent for my child's hair needs without the pain. I highly recommend this hairbrush to anyone with mixed race hair.

I needed to buy the tea tree and mint conditioner so went straight to the phil smith site, im glad I did, great product matched with great service!
