Getting good results from the product so far would definitely recommend the product.

After ordering, I got an email saying "This will be dispatched within 48 hours"
Almost 2 weeks later, I remembered that I still hadn't received it so I emailed. That was ignored so 5 days later, I emailed again. This one was replied to and I was told that I should have received it days ago and that there was obviously a problem with the delivery company. They said they'd send it out again with tracking.
5 days later, I emailed again to get the tracking information. I gave them most of the day to reply. They didn't so I raised a refund request with paypal.

They may not be scammers - I got my money back. But they may also depend on people forgetting to keep on top of the order or be embarrassed to not try and get a refund. Either way, buy from somewhere else as you probably won't get your stuff from these people

Updated after the company response:
I'm still waiting for the response to my email requesting tracking information. It seems like they only respond to bad (and truthful) press or the threat of losing money.
If they had sent it again with tracking, it would have been delivered by now and there would have been tracking information.
Their response here is just marketing bollocks
Second update: I never at any time attempted to contact them through paypal so I can't understand why they would claim to have responded through paypal. Also, they didn't. There is not a single message from them there.
I'd be happy to delete or edit this review if they can provide to me, by any means, the tracking information that proves that they sent it out. Until they do, it is very safe to assume that they never sent anything at all.

Hello, it's been almost 1 month since my order, way more then agreed, I will go away from this adress on vacation for 1 month and wouldn't want my package to be lost or "explored", I wrote like 5 emails to the admin support contact and always got ignored, either make it arrive or return currency my friends, once it arrives I'll delete/ edit this review, my order number is: 60698

Orded 24th March Now 29th May still no order also paid for express delivery. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. AVOID THIS COMPANY. BUY OFF AMAZON.

Been using the rings for a while, it does take sometime to get used to however I can say it does help as it feels looser compared to before. Would recommend before going under the knife.

It’s been 4 months and the product still has not arrived. I’ve emailed them about it but have gotten no response. It’s really sad because i have gotten my hopes up about treating my situation.

Bought the kit a couple of years ago and has been a good product to help me. The customer service has been very good and helpful when it comes to lost rings or other issues.

Also vorab erstmal. Meine Erste Bewertung wurde von TrustPilot mehrmals gelöscht, obwohl ich alles nachweisen konnte und sie mir zugesagt haben, dass die Bewertung reaktiviert wird. Kann man sich nicht ausdenken. Nun zur Bewertung der Firma/Produkt.

Der Versandprozess war nicht so wie beschrieben. Ich habe am 18.08.2024 bestellt. Auf der Webseite stand, dass man innerhalb von 48 Stunden eine Tracking-Nummer bekommt (habe den separaten Service gebucht). Dies war nicht der Fall. Ich musste erst hier eine Bewertung schreiben, damit ich auf meine Mail eine Antwort erhalten habe. Es hat allerdings dann alles geklappt. Die Umsatzsteuer sollte man direkt in Bar parat haben, da diese an der Haustür bezahlt wird.

Zum Produkt:

Ich hätte es nicht gedacht, aber das Produkt funktioniert wirklich. Ich bin mittlerweile beim 3. letzten Ring angekommen. Gestartet habe ich glaub ich beim 10 größten oder so. Ich weiß es schon gar nicht mehr. Es waren zu viele Ringe. Die Fortschritte in den ersten Wochen sind groß. Dann dauert es aber immer länger, bis man auf die nächste Größe wechseln kann. Man sollte entweder mehrmals am Tag 1,5 Stunden machen oder es auch gerne über Nacht tragen. Das muss jeder für sich austesten. Man sollte auch nicht direkt aufgeben am Anfang. Die Handhabung ist nicht immer ganz so einfach und das Einsetzen der Ringe muss man halt üben. Einfach dran bleiben, dann wird das schon. Ebenfalls macht es manchmal Sinn einfach mal 2-3 Tage Pause zu machen, damit sich die Haut ordentlich regeneriert. Mittlerweile lass ich es etwas schleifen, weshalb ich nicht über den 3. größten Ring hinauskomme. Hab mittlerweile schon mal 1-2 Wochen, bei denen ich den Ring gar nicht mehr verwende.

Ebenfalls ist der Einsatz einer Kortisonsalbe sinnvoll mit einem Anteil von 0,02 %. Hierzu einfach mit dem Arzt sprechen. Es liegt auch eine Salbe bei, aber die hab ich nicht verwendet.

Ich kann das Produkt empfehlen und habe mir dadurch aktuell eine Operation erspart. Schade finde ich, dass so etwas nicht durch Ärzte kommuniziert wird. Ich dachte immer diese Ringe sind eher scam, aber das ist nicht der Fall. Es ist nicht immer eine Operation notwendig. Wenn man aber mal logisch drüber nachdenkt, ergibt das Prinzip auch Sinn. Es wird ja nichts anders gemacht, als Haut gedehnt.

Von mir daher eine Kaufempfehlung.

I've had severe phimosis my entire life such that retraction even while flaccid is impossible. I've started using the Phimocure rings, and just in a few weeks, I've been able to stretch my foreskin enough to actually see the pinhole expand.

I've still got a long ways to go, but I think this product will be instrumental in helping me get there.

I still did not received my product even after one month. I wrote multiple messages to the mail address but I got no response. I did not pay extra for fast shipping, but for international shipping the ETA was 2 weeks. I hope I will receive the package. I am not in a hurry, but some information about shipping and such would be nice. (the order number is #59563, on the 13th of February 2025)

Update: the kit arrived, but there were some complications at the local post office (the date of arrival was 03.03.2025). Still no response to the emails I sent.

I have been very happy with the experience with phimocure! It took a little bit of time for the package to arrive, but that was expected. Their admin team is also very helpful with assisting with lost products as they easily get misplaced. The instructions are very easy to follow, but you need to stay consistent and will notice results. Thanks Phimocure team!

The goods did not arrive after two weeks. I only received an email confirming the order. The company does not respond to emails.

Phimocure helped improve my phimosis from a very bad level 4 to a level 2. As I still continue to use the product, I am extremely happy with the results and it‘s efficacy. The customer service team is excellent with any queries one may have. Highly recommended!

I've been using these rings for a while and it has made a huge improvement to my 'comfort'. The rings are high-quality and have no seams or rough areas that might be uncomfortable. Their customer-service was fast and super-helpful when I needed a replacement for a lost ring. Can't fault at all.
