I visited a urologist in my early 20s to get my phimosis checked out, who expressed that the only option was circumcision or a partial circumcision (the latter of which he didn't hold much stock in) and that if I didn't have surgery then, I'd be back sooner or later.

Thanks to the Phimocure rings - he was wrong - although I didn't fully resolve my phimosis due to simply not getting round to using the larger rings, they did allow me to improve my phimosis to the point where circumcision was no longer necessary, and more recently I've been working on resolving the phimosis entirely with success.

I think Phimocure was the first product of its kind on the market in the early 2010s, at a time where the first line solution for phimosis was circumcision - since then stretching with these sorts of rings has proven to be very effective in research studies. The rings are high quality medical grade silicone, with a smooth surface under a microscope, which is less likely to retain bacteria, which would risk causing inflammation like some of the more recent knockoffs made of lower grade silicone.

I needed to upgrade the rings at one point (I got the original kit which had quite large jumps between rings, the second version had twice the number of rings), and later needed to get some larger ring sizes, and on both occasions they were very happy to send me out these upgrades for free. I also very recently thought I'd lost a ring, and they offered to send out a replacement ring for free (though I ended up finding the missing ring in the end). I thought this was all fantastic.

I'd recommend picking up a kit if you have phimosis - they're excellent quality - and there's a very good chance you'll be able to avoid surgery.

I placed my order on 25 May 2024 and let me just say TERRIBLE customer service. It has been 3 months since I ordered this product and not only have I not received it yet but I haven't even got any tracking information nor any feedback regarding what is causing the delay via email. I have written 3 emails to this company but haven't gotten any response. Do not falsely advertise that you do international shipping if you only prioritize orders from countries in Europe.

Update* They got back to me the same day and gave me a refund.

I cannot express how thankful I am to Phimocure. Initially skeptical, I ordered their kit, which was shipped quickly, in a discreet package. Following the clear instructions provided, I began using the rings, and the results were almost immediately noticeable. Through consistent use and applying the cream provided, I was able to progress through the rings comfortably.

Amazing product, easy to use and clear instructions. Easy to clean, and the little box the rings come in can fit in your pocket so its incredibly easy to store without family seeing it.

Ordered on June 18. 48 hours have passed, and no shipping information has been given. The company does not respond to emails.
Will change my review once I have an update/response.

I cannot begin to explain how satisfied I am with both the product and the customer service of Phimocure. I have been using the product for about a month and I saw almost immediate results. I think that with enough perseverance Phimocure could help anyone with a similar problem. On top of that, their customer service should be the role model for all customer services. Swift response, super kind and friendly staff, really ready to help and understan your issue. This way you can sense that the people who made this actually care about and get satisfaction from helping people with this issue, it is really nice to see such business etiquette in the sea of money hungry companies!

Been using on an off for many years. (Since 2018) Phimosis comes and goes for me. Now I lost one ring I commonly use so I tried out their life time warranty. Answer was fast, no problem to get a replacement ring. Very service minded and trustworthy company. (Shipping is a bit slow, but I do not blame the company for that)

Received the goods 5 weeks after the order, had to pay extra 10eur to collect the package from the post office, items are smaller than expected they all fit in an envelope, product seems good but the shipping process is literal hell.

Rings have proven very helpful in improving my condition. Thanks to using the rings, I'm now able to fully retract my foreskin over the glans. I wasn't able to go up in ring sizes as quickly as they detailed in the instructions, but with patience and consistency, I've been able to move up several ring sizes. I would strongly encourage the use of the cream as well. It helps during the application process and with recovery.

The phimocure stretching kit was exactly what I was looking for and I am very glad I found it, as I have already tried some other less optimal methods and products with little success. The phimocure rings on the other hand are relatively easy to use daily once you get the hang of it and I have been making really good progress so far. I would recommend anyone with phimosis to try them out before even considering surgery! I really appreciate the fair price of the kit, especially compared to other companies that seem more interested in just making profits off this sensitive topic for men. They also have useful information on their website and good customer support.

Kit arrived to the States in a reasonable amount of time, no expedited shipping. So far I've been fairly happy with the product and while progress has been a bit slow it's still progress. Don't know how far I'll be able to get as the larger rings become more difficult to use - wish that the ridges were not quite so tall to make it easier to transition from one ring to another. In any event, even with the limited progress I feel better about my condition.

I liked how they gave you a variety of sizes to progressively move through. However I couldn't pass a certain point and had issues with them slipping out sometimes. However, I'd recommend you give it a go if you're looking for passive stretching for your phimosis!

Ordered February 29th it’s Match 10 as of the time of this writing and I have not received any shipping confirmation email, sent an email to inquire on the status of my order and I still haven’t heard back in days, I have read other reviews saying they are unresponsive, hoping it arrives at all

I bought the kit on February 22nd and haven't received anything yet, even though the website states that international orders arrive within 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks have passed, I've sent an email to Phimocure, and they still haven't responded. However, they took my money for the products, but I haven't received anything, not even a response to know where my order is.
