Placed an order for tracked and signed delivery, has still not arrived after nearly 8 weeks. Delivery address is within the UK as well, so shouldn't take long. I never recieved a tracking number for the order. Sent about 5 emails at this point asking for an update, never got a response.
Update (04/03/2024): Order still has not arrived after 10 weeks. Still no response after multiple emails. Now looking into chargeback-ing through bank.

Placed an order on December 30 for a phimocure set along with fast delivery and tracking (52948). Received some automated e-mails with a receipt but no tracking link/number. The extra money for the fast delivery option is definitely not worth it since it doesn't work and I am starting to feel rather sceptical about whether my order even arrives at this point. Sent an email today (16/1) to see what they have to say about it all. Not hopeful as a lot of people on here have said they don't reply :(

Update:
The company got in touch after I submitted my review here (but never replied to the email provided on their website) and sent me the tracking number. Took about a month and a half for delivery in Greece, I understand that part of the delay was down to customs. The "fast tracked" delivery option only works for the tracked part provided you are actually given the tracking info. Wish customer service was better with providing all the relevant info and easier to reach but you will get the product in the end at least.

Has been very helpful and pain free in helping resolve a long term issue I have had. Great customer service, quick delivery and detailed instructions to usage, cleaning and everything else

Couldn't recommend this enough!

I am leaving four stars for the plain and simple fact that their product is absolutely great. The rings are easy to insert (if you select the right size). It really does wonders, although good pacing is essential. Sometimes after not using them for a while I see a small relapse in tightening but I guess all foreskins aren't created equally.

The customer support is sometimes lacking. I don't know what seems to be the issue behind the scenes there, but I sometimes get a very late reply or none at all. When we do get in touch though, the help is useful.

As a sexologist I would recommend this to my clients with phimosis but would be even more willing to do so if their customer support gets more finetuned.

I’m a GP so naturally encounter patients with phimosis and related problems regularly. Instead of following the usual pathway, I decided to research home remedies and found that Phimocure appeared to have the best reputation for resolving the issue without compromising safety. I emailed them and was reassured by their knowledge, so I have referred patients to them since September. Good customer service, timely delivery. However, I still believe I may require an op.. I first started using this product a few years ago now and it has provided some success however I've never been able to progress beyond ring 11/12 and thus still require an op for complete resolution. I am returning to use this product before strongly considering the operation.

Ordered there product 3 weeks ago with tracking on the delivery. Got a confirmation email aswell as receipt but nothing else since. I've emailed them a couple of times no response.

Product has been shipped (8 working days to Switzerland).

Deduct 1 star from 5, because no shipping information provided and no answer to mail request (I was in doubt, if shippment has been settled).

I can’t give this product enough credit! It was extremely affordable, it was shipped in discrete packaging, and most importantly, it actually works. I was contemplating going to a doctor to get surgery, but decided I’d give this a try and I’m glad I did. I’ve made a lot of progress in 2 months and I estimate I’ll be done within another 2 months or less.

Great product. Works perfectly. Great customer service too. They respond promptly and can replace any rings you lose in a timely manner free of charge! Definitely recommend.

I bought this kit on a whim thinking that they’ll be like everything else.. but no they actually do work.. getting used to them was really tricky I was ready to bin them after a few days but I persevered with them and got into a knack off using them, now they arnt an immediate fix they do take time work and have been making a real difference to my life.!! ..... it was getting worse. A colleague went through the medical route and had the very painful operation, and I was dreading that. Without much hope I thought what’s the harm in trying Phimocure first. Within a week I had reversed years of deterioration, the process was painless and, after some experimenting, easy to use. I’m in my mid 70’s and so not sure whether it’s a permanent cure (how regenerative are we in our 70's 🥴) ...but who cares … I’d rather use phimocure twice a day for the rest of my life than go through the surgical procedure.”

I’ve been using this product for my phimosis for the last 9 month and I have seen great results, going from a very tight foreskin to being able to almost fully retract i, I highly recommend this product to anyone with phimosis as it’s so easy to use and very comfortable.

I bought the Phimocure phimosis rings kit around 3 months ago and didn’t get around to using it until 4 weeks ago. Delivery took 3 days, the package was discreet and contained instructions with a video link for an additional instructional video. Personally I think that it’s easier to follow a video so this helped. in June I saw my doc about getting circumcised. He gave no mention of using phimocure rings and just made a referral. By chance I saw an advert for phimocure and thought I’d give it a try while waiting for the appointment. Today I was able to cancel my referral as I no longer need circumcision, the Phimocure kit worked exactly as promised. I spoke to my GP to explain and asked him why he hadn’t recommended Phimocure? He said that when a patient doesn’t ask for conservative treatment he refers for circumcision!!!! It’s no surprise that the NHS is in a state I was able to avoid costly surgery for £29 not to mention time off work and my discomfort. Although I’m happy I think that it should be more well known that you can just use this phimosis kit to sort out the problem

Really useful product. I have been using off an on for a long time with great results.
I have contacted customer service a couple of time over the years and always had a quick reply with useful advice.
Glad to see their products have developed over the years with improvements and listening to feedback.

I am from Chile and the shipment took less than a month and arrived in perfect condition in a discreet package, which is appreciated in case someone else receives it, as happened in my case. As for the product, it has fascinated me, since it is curing my phimosis in a short time and without having to go to the operation. And if I lose a ring, as happened to me, you can contact them and they will send you a replacement without having to buy a new kit.

Das Phimocure Set hat mir geholfen meine sekundäre Phimose rasch und einfach soweit zu verbessern dass selbst im eregierten Zustand meine Haut nun um einiges leichter zurückzuziehen kann.

Wie auch schon andere Reviews hier gezeigt haben ist Geduld ein wichtiger Faktor um Erfolg zu haben, zu schnelle Dehnung wirft einen im Erfolg erheblich zurück.

Ich verwende die Ringe abwechselnd mit Bepanthen Creme (nicht Salbe) sowie Diprogenta Salbe (Kortison). Mit dieser Kombination habe ich bis jetzt die besten Erfahrungen gemacht.
