My doctor said I need surgery becaus of phimosis but but this product helped me without surgery! After I was ordering cream,it comes very fast and Im not from England. I want to say BIG thank you for Mr. Andrew who according to my problem find the right way to solve the problem. Communication was perfect, knowledge and a fast of answering increadible! People if you still thinking try or not,don't waste your time order this product and your life gonna change. Its not easy when phimosis is ruing your sexual and personal life.

Order was shipped on 13th of Jan but has yet to arrive. Not gonna lie but I'm starting to feel that this might be a scam. Have emailed their support multiple times even attaching my receipt as proof but did not receive a single response. Gonna give them the benefit of doubt and wait another week or two. Saw they had raving reviews on reddit, but honestly my experience has been disappointing.

Excellent product which has helped greatly in the below region.

They do not provide tracking. They do not respond to emails despite their website giving a clear email address if there are problems. Orders seem to be hit or miss. My first order took less than 10 days to arrive to the US from UK. My second order, which I haven't received yet, was ordered coming up on a month ago. I'll give it 2 more weeks and if I do not hear from them or do not receive my item I will be opening a dispute with PayPal.

Edit: oh yeah I'm sure people are just flooding your email for a phimosis device. Phimosis is not common. You're acting like this is some crazy hyped item. Stop lying.

Ordered again (48025), I’m going to give Phimocure the benefit of the doubt, let’s hope this time they figure out the shipping and my order arrives in time, will update this review to 5 stars in case everything turns out to be ok.

Update: Received the package on March 9th, everything looks good.

Einfache und problemlose Anwendung.
Ich hatte erst an eine Operation gedacht, doch nach der Anwendung von Phimocure ist das nicht mehr notwendig.
Es empfiehlt sich aber den letzten angewendeten Ring noch etwa 14 Tage länger zu nutzen um eine Rückbildung zuverhindern.

17th feb 2023: After another set of emails, I recieved a response. They were polite, sorted any issues and a couple days later, I recieved my parcel. Just prepare to be patient and/or persistent. I will update this review again in time once I've used the product.

5th feb 2023: Given what this company does and how it can help people, I really don't want to leave this review. However, given the lack of response from them to myself and what seems like many others, I cannot recommend them at all.
I ordered at the start of January and haven't recieved nor heard anything from them.
I will update this review going forward depending on how and if they respond.

I don't want to criticize the products but the customer service is really bad! Are you the only one to manage the whole company?!

I ordered on December 2, 2022 (order No. 46775), almost 2 months! and I still haven't received anything.
I have been sending emails for a month now and no response. Even with the subject "FAO Andrew" no answers.

when I see here the opinions of some who have waited months, I lose hope of having my package one day...

EDIT: I got a response with the choice between a refund or a tracked package. They answer! but it's a bit slow

Amazing bit of kit I had been using some D.I.Y cotton wool to stretch but had to keep replacing and wasnt getting adequate stretch beyond the initial. And made urination difficuilt\impossible. Then I found these rings the levels and instructions make it easy to use and progress with stretching company very helpful post sale with lost rings advice and tips for better use such as adding a smaller ring inside a bigger ring to ease progression through the levels.

Great alternative to going under the knife. The only alternative.

I’ve had phimosis for over 20 years, decided to do something about it. Spoke to my GP then emailed phimocure. One thing was apparent immediately, their knowledge was a million times more thorough than my GP. So bought a kit and cream last Sunday. Arrived by evri on Wednesday and I started the treatment on Wednesday evening. Began with size 5 and I’m now 4 days in and on size 7. I really regret not doing this when I was younger. My GP gave me a bleak outlook with hand stretching and suggested I try phimocure. So far so good

UPDATE: They responded to email subject FAO Andrew with tracking link.
Customer service needs work, hoping to receive package in the next 2 weeks, will update this to 4 stars upon arrival.

Update 23rd Feb - arrived later than expected (4-5 weeks in total), apparently some courier issue, but they've fixed it.
Product looks great, having tried it a few days - already seems to make a difference.

I recommend purchasing it! But may require patience!

In august 2022 I ordered from this company, and also used the express delivery option which meant paying extra. I was supposed to get an email with tracking but nothing happened for 3 months and they didn't reply to further emails. They replied to an email sent 3 months after the initial order, where they claimed they would send it again, but 2 months later nothing happened, no email containing tracking information was received, and they didn't reply to further emails after that.

Very disappointed I ordered with tracking and faster shipping and as today my package didn't left the post office yet. I want a refund. But the email is worthless. They don't respond to messages order 47352. Order placed on January 7th.

Edit: They told me package is late because of the royal mail cyber attack.

If you are paying extra for special shipping maybe using a worldwide company like FedEx ,DHL o UPS is better

The products work very well, the rings themselves are high quality and the additional cream helps a lot aswell. I ran out of the cream after using the rings as the treatment in my case required a lot of time, they send me a new tub for free which was nice.

Overall i would recommend phimocure, just keep in mind you need to be patient and consistant to see results.

I ordered one of your products two months ago, on the 12th of November, and it has since not come. I sent an email to the admin about the issue, but got no response.

I like that it gives a passive option for stretching. I never knew that it was not normal to have foreskin like that.

However, with the kids, I wish there was more clear guidelines and what the sizes are. Also, I wish the shipping was quicker in North America as I am from Canada. I also wish the customer service could be quicker as it can take weeks for replies sometimes.

I misplaced an item from my purchase, and as the kit has changed since my last purchase they have offered to replace to full kit. Excellent service. Thumbs up.
