Rings either don't fit or fall out. I've emailed asking for advice but got no response, so there is no customer support once they've got your money.

Bought the kit 3 weeks ago and I still haven't receveid it (International shipping). The tracking code they gave me doesn't seem to work on the royalmail website. I have written to them many times asking about the shipping and complaining that it hasn't arrived yet and it seems like I've been ghosted. I don't know what to do, and it doesn't seem like I'll be receiving what I bought anytime soon. 30 pounds wasted.
Edit 09/08/2023: After relentlessly sending emails I was refunded the full amount of the purchase.

I have been using this product for several months. It helps a lot, but you need to use it consistently for effect and be patient. Better to buy with a larger tube

かなり小さいサイズのものからあり、穴が小さく装着できるか不安な方も安心してトライできると思います。
付属のクリームも私が使った限りでは問題ありません。
サポートも充実しており海外の会社にありがちなサポートから連絡がないというようなこともありませんでした。
商品についてですが、装着した際に自身の状態により外れやすくなる可能性があります。その場合、市販のメディカルテープ等で固定することで外れる心配がなくなり、快適に使用できました。
また、商品の一部をなくしてしまってもサポートに連絡し送料を負担すれば無償で送ってくれます。
これにはかなり驚きました、こういった対応からも信頼できる会社・製品であると思います。

Good experience using the phimosis rings.
Last year I bought a kit and started using it.
I am making slow progress but with patient and not rushing things I am getting there.
Recently I lost a ring and explained this to Phimocure.
The help and support was great and they provided me with a new ring.

They are a wonderful company working in the medical industry for a very specific type of personal problem for men. They have developed a device, that when applied with patience, over time, corrects that problem.

I've been in contact with them over email and they respond within a day and are very generous in solving problems for their customers.

God bless them, their company, and the work they do.

Doing what it promises. Progress can be slow and take a lot of time, but is worth it. This saved my confidence, thank you.

2 month later i contact them because i didn't receive my package. They refund me because there was a strike at royal mail and the package was still stuck in the post.
I finally got it today 4 months later (for free).

Without any news, no parcel num. / tracking ID, I emailed the company "admin" 10 days later. Answer was very generic, so you wait few more days. It was just another lie. Today it's been almost 1 month and i got NO more msg no parcel, no goods I paid...
A very bad experience!

Been using for a couple months now. Seen some negative reviews about customer service which I've not had any bad experiences with.
After years and years of dealing with phimosis, putting off sexual advances and avoiding dates, two months of using this kit has almost put an end to it. So much stuff that I wasn't able to do as a young adult male I can do now. I only wish I'd do it sooner.

I highly recommend following the routine that they give for best results. Three times a day for 30-60 minutes each. I only started to get really good results after I did that.

Ordered the project on April Forest, and paid for express shipping and tracking services. The product is yet to arrive and I’ve sent two emails with no response. Giving it another week or so before I end up canceling. I’ve seen good reviews so I’ve been hopeful. If I receive the product I’ll update the review.

- update - I received and email today showing the package was shipped but shipping had not been updated since April 5th. The reason for this is unknown but a replacement product has been shipped as resolution. I’ll update the review when product is received.

Early days at the moment only second day of use, Like any medical conditions it takes time but I'm confident enough that things will get better.

Quick delivery, cheap price, I was able to order while living abroad.
Customer Service is very helpful, if you happen to lose or misplace rings the company will send you replacements free of charge which is very considerate.
I am happy that there is a company like this dedicated to helping men cure phimosis without surgery.
The stretching process is slow and I am still waiting to see if I can achieve a successful outcome

Great support when I had an issue with shipping. Super responsive. Product itself seems great so far. Going slow to begin with but it’s easy to use and exactly as advertised. Many other seem to have had really good results so I’ll report back in a few weeks!

Ich benutze das Phimocure-Set jetzt schon seit einigen Wochen und habe meine Phimose damit erheblich dehnen können. Noch ist nicht alles wie früher, aber die Haut ist schon viel weiter und es ist nicht mehr problematisch. Es braucht Geduld, aber ich bin froh mich gegen eine Operation entschieden zu haben. Bei dem relativ niedrigen Preis sollte man es auf jeden Fall ausprobieren bevor man sich voreilig zu einer OP entschließt.
Das Phimocure-Set bekommt von mir eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

I contacted Phimocure three weeks ago after reading an article which had reviewed methods to cure phimosis. Customer service responded quickly and their knowledge was very thorough. I ordered a phimosis kit with cream and it arrived two days later. Delivery time wasn't a concern as I've had phimosis for over 10 years so waiting a few days didn't matter. I was pleased to receive it so quickly however so I could get started with the treatment. The kit contained everything needed from start to finish so I didn't need to mess around trying to find suitable creams or other items. The colour coded rings are a handy idea as you can just follow the sequence of sizes without needing to remove all the rings from the case. I had slight candidiasis so just applied the cream for two days before starting to use the rings and tool. I've made really good progress already so I'm completely confident that I'll be rid of this condition soon. I'm so thankful that this exists, I was planning to get circumcised a month ago and have just been able to cancel my pre op assessment
