Our team has been very helpful in reaching out to us to remind us what our package includes, and is very helpful in sourcing information to add into our script for our callers to hear. I do not have it in me to remember to call them 3-4 times a year for this, and they do great about checking in at just the right times to help us stay current in our messaging.

2.5 Stars. We've had this service for a few years now, and it was great at the beginning but has become just OK as of late. We will have an issue with our phone system, and after a time it will get resolved only for another issue to pop up right after. This problem has been progressively getting worse. We have been trying to get something resolved for the last few months, and once again- every time we think it is fixed, something else ends up completely wrong. They do get back to you relatively quickly, but the constant back and forth is exhausting.

Amy and the team are wonderful! We use their services from time to time and it's always really easy and straightforward. The team are friendly and helpful and always turn a project around in a short space of time.

PHMG has helped us out greatly with all of our business needs. Quality work with a quick turn around.

Jake always provides the best and most professional service. We appreciate how he curates our specific changes to the exact goal and outcome- which is to elevate our customer experience and their impression. I cant thank Jake enough for his helpful guidance and attention to detail.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I strongly recommend exercising caution before signing with this company. While the service feels attentive and supportive when they are securing and maintaining your business, my experience changed significantly once I decided to cancel.

The cancellation process was unnecessarily difficult and stressful. During my communication with Sam, I was told in a threatening tone that all PHMG materials had to be removed on the exact day of cancellation or we would be charged again. This was followed by another call to confirm that the materials had been taken down, which felt excessive and intimidating.

I was also informed that it would take 180 days to process a refund — an exceptionally long and unreasonable timeframe by most standards.

Additionally, the contracts automatically renew, and when I attempted to end the agreement politely, the process felt obstructive rather than cooperative.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the irritation and frustration when you decide to move on.

We’ve had a great experience working with this company for our on-hold music and voicemail production. The audio quality is excellent, the voice talent sounds professional and clear, and the messaging is always polished and on brand. Their team is responsive, easy to work with, and quick to turn around updates when we need changes. Beware of this company they tie you into a contract, you will find it difficult to get out of, AI can do the same job now. I have tired to cancel a few times now and the kept treating me about the contact we signed nine years ago , the notice period is insane for what the service is The whole contract terms is a scam to tie you in once you sign. We are with them nine years and no goodwill given as we use them very little. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED.

ZERO STARS! Do not sign a contract with this company. They give no warning when their deadline is to opt out of their 3 year contract. I missed the deadline and was forced into RE-ENROLLMENT for another 3 years!!!!! How can this be legal???
What a shady company. I will be writing bad reviews and taking to socials on a consistent basis to warn people. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!
