At first the sales process seemed…
At first the sales process seemed awesome, we had two representatives stop by and give us an explanation of what we were purchasing.
We expressed our interest in the voice over during phones ringing feature. This was the main asset we are looking for as the sales staff pointed out statistically a larger percentage of folks would wait on a phone line that had background music vs just ringing. We notified PHMG of what phone system we had and off we go.
Come to find out later, they cannot implement this feature, and that the expensive voice overs we paid for would only play IF we put the customer on hold. That totally defeated the purposes of purchasing this system, as if we are able to put someone on hold, we have already picked up the phone and would continue our transaction.
When management was made aware of this, they simply downplayed that this couldn't be the only reason we wanted their services, and continue to insist the rest of the services are worth the money we are paying. Services that literally NO ONE has heard yet because we have to put someone on hold first to utilize them, which is something we simply don't do.
After multiple attempts to make us happy by offering other products, its been made clear that this company doesn't take our needs seriously and simply things they KNOW what we wanted. Jamie J is absolutely awful to work with. He passively calls you a liar just to justify the mistake his company has made.
Do not purchase from this company, the risk is far to high. They constantly fall back on 'well this is the contract'
On top of that, I can't pre-cancel my services. Wild.

Beware and read all the fine print
Beware and read all the fine print. Do not believe anything they say! This company has proven to be a collection agency with a side business of marketing. To the point of total harrassment with phone calls and attitude! We reached out to them after hearing one of our vendors hold advertising. Right away a salesperson stopped by to pitch us and showed us some examples. They only offer a 36-month minimum contract. The sales person stated that if we were not happy with the service we could cancel at anytime (this was not the case). Production was a bait and switch and took 2 months for a recording with billing starting immediately! Everything we listened to that we liked we could not have. Our operations manager had to write the script (again disappointing). Much time delay getting one single recording together that was acceptable. PHMG wanted access to our phone system. Thank God we did not allow that! I read reviews that they had some companies phones shut down for days messing with their phone systems. We repeatedly tried to cancel this contract. Even hired an attorney to help us with this. The faces constantly changed at PHMG, so we never saw or heard form the sales person again. In 1-1/2 years we have had 4 different account people sending invoices. The Client Care Director Adam lost his cool numerous times! It just proves they do not care about the client. Quite frankly they should have just let us cancel the contract because it is quite the scam! We wanted one recording and the price tag was over $10,000! Our attorney assisted us in reducing it but PHMG never let us out of the contract. We are still paying monthely! All I have to say is AI will soon take over this type of work and at a fraction of the price. As for PHMG what a horrible company! They do not care about their clients. They must pay people to provide positive reviews. A truly disappointing experience!

I was deeply disappointed by my experience applying for roles at PHMG. Having carefully reviewed the job requirements and believing that my qualifications, skills, and experience aligned well with the positions advertised, I had hoped to be given at least the opportunity to demonstrate my suitability through an interview.
While I understand that recruitment processes can be highly competitive, what I found most discouraging was the complete absence of any opportunity to discuss my application or receive meaningful feedback. Being rejected without an interview left me feeling that my experience and potential contribution were never fully considered.
My disappointment is not simply about not being offered a position; it stems from the fact that I was denied the chance to present myself, explain my achievements, and show why I believed I could add value to the company.
