I never write reviews but after receiving 5 incredibly beautiful canvases I felt so grateful for the quality prints that I felt it was right to let people know how good these were! Delivery charge was only £5 and arrived in 3 working days by FedEx. Thank you so much Photo Canvas I am now ordering 3 more this week ! :)

Took a few weeks to arrive but my photo tray and doormat are fantastic. Easily worth the wait! I think they have been printed properly and thoughtfully so i'm actually very impressed.

I ordered a very large print of a scene from Matera, it arrived on time..Absolutely superb, it looks better than I thought it would be. I cant rate these guys enough. the whole experience from begining to end was easy and the final product? Lets just say expect another few orders very soon. Well done guys.

A superb service, and a great site to really bespoke your very own print. I tailored mine with the online tools and could not fault it. Quick delivery and being able to track the process from purchase through to making, and despatch is great. I researched around 6 businesses on the web, and these guys far outweighed the others in every way. Great communication and will without doubt use again!

Perfect service. Price extremely competitive especially for a large 1.5 x 0.5m image. Canvas arrived in 2 days, looks great. The image input part on the website also alerted me to having to make a different version of the picture to allow for folding around the frame etc.
Spot on all round. No covid delay excuses either. Use with confidence.

Order my canvas mid may and it’s already June 17 almost a month and I still haven’t received my order it was supposed to be here last Friday and it still in transit because I have it tracked but hasn’t moved or haven’t got any updates .

365 Canvas... I ordered in middle of April and have yet to receive the one canvas I bought. A tracking number says it should have been here Friday and did not come and no updates since. Not happy.

Ordered on the 3rd may and took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, had no email or anything to tell me that there was going to be a delay. Phones arent on and really struggled to contact anybody.
This morning i received my canvas and it is amazing, i love it. Bright, fab quality and couldnt pick a fault if i tried.
Think if you communicate better with your customers then you will be winning because your canvass are fab quality. X

Great metal print! Got a Turned Yellow pic from my brother for Xmas and decided to print on metal due to quality. It looks amazing and would not have the same detail/sharpness on a canvas. After searching and searching for a company that would A) print on metal. B) be able to work the image into its designer. (Harder than I thought) C) competitive pricing. D) Includes fixings for mounting. Photo-canvas.com was the only option. It allowed me the full image by enlarging the canvas rather than reducing the image and cutting off the heads and feet. I know I could edit this myself but still it should be an option to scale your photo, some people won't know how to do this without distorting the image. On upload it instantly gave me the full image with bare canvas either side. Only niggle is if you look close at the edge on the corners the colour didn't hold so its slightly warn, not an issue for 160 degrees of viewing angle.

Terrible service, over promising and little care for the customer.

Firstly, the website promises that they will dispatch on the same day if you order before midday. This is a lie. I ordered on Thursday and called on Friday to find out why it hadn't been dispatched. I was told they were busy and it was highly unlikely they would dispatch it on time.

The item was for a funeral and highly important so I paid £20 extra for Saturday delivery. When the product was finally dispatched they didn't bother to tell fedex that it was for Saturday delivery so it didn't arrive on time.

This company is careless and their biggest selling point (quick dispatch) is a absolute con.

The canvas was not useful to me as it arrived late. Their customer service agent admitted that it was their fault on the phone but this doesn't help me. I asked for a refund and all I was offered was the difference between Saturday delivery, next day delivery. They haven't even sent this yet so I will have to call them again...

Please do not use this company, there are so many better options out there. You don't need to settle for terrible service.

Your website says that you are able to do next day delivery, as well as delivery on Saturday if the item is purchased before 12pm and a payment of £20 is made.

We purchased a photo canvas for a funeral the day before (before the 12pm cut off), paid £20 extra and even called you to confirm it would be delivered on Saturday rather Monday. You assured us it would be.

On Saturday, we contacted Fedex directly and they said you had selected a Monday delivery time, even though we had paid the extra £20.

Firstly, you were deceitful on your website and you took our £20 knowing you were not going to deliver on time. Secondly, thank you for ruining our funeral by not delivering the canvas on time.

Worst service ever and you are a very incompetent company.
