This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER. They send an email saying that the item is on its way with a royal mail tracking number. It does not work. I left plenty of time to order this for a special occasion in line with their shipping times and have not received the item. They will not address your problem and will pretend like the item will be with you soon and will only provide a refund when the item is delivered. LOL! Considering that it will never come. They also expect you to cover postage fee back to them, if you ever actually receive the item. I've disputed this transaction with my bank. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They email all customers that complain with the same response: "We have enquired with Royal Mail as to why your tracking number has not updated yet but do note based on our recent conversation with royal mail they have informed us they are working upon a backlog."
I wonder how Royal Mail feel about this false information?

Cannot give zero stars. I have given them plenty of opportunities to rectify this but they just blame Royal Mail. NO clear time frame of how long this would take to come. Awful customer service and I want my money back but they don’t even address that in emails. DO NOT use this company, extremely bad

Ever so Happy with my delivery and gift that arrived nicely and smoothly. Delivery took a little longer than expected but still came on time with Royal Mail.

Received my Rose bear today absolutely beautiful love the colour.Got 15 percent off the original price and free delivery.On other sites it was expensive.Rose bear was good quality.

The gift was so pretty! It was for Mother’s Day for my nieces to give their mum, at first we thought we wasn’t going to get it in time but it came a day before Mother’s Day. It was really good their mum loved it so pretttyyyyy

So after parcel not arriving on time, i was annoyed due to item not arriving for mothers day. i had emailed for a further update. I then used the live chat, my issue has been resolved and i do appreciate its not a scam but its a work in progress. I have left them some honest feed back and i hope they have took it on board. The products seem genuine. However i also appreciate everyones scenario is different. I would advise to use the live chat to settle disputes. Once my refund is complete i will change this star rating to 5 although i didn't receive the product, once on the live chat the dispute was easy to resolve.

Update refund recieved as promised. Genuine company. Please read shipping times before purchase to limit disappointment.

Product arrived yesterday, even though i was issued a refund, i have got in contact to pay for the product.

Photopsy all you need to do is improve delivery times and i see know issues for your company.

Ordered this item in Multi Colour for my daughter to give her mum for Mother's Day.
Order was placed of 16th of February and received dispatch notification and tracking advices on the 26th of February. Item was then delivered on 8th of March.
Item is just as described and looks amazing.
Very happy wife when she received this from our daughter this morning.

Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option, I ordered a beauty and the bear item a week before valentines day, now being the 9th of march the item still hasn't arrived, I have previously used photopsy and received good service so its sad to see them ruin their reputation like this, after going back and forth for weeks trying to resolve the issue I have gotten no where, telling me I need to contact royal mail 3 weeks after I played my order to arrange for redelivery for an item which I dont even want anymore, they've done absolutely nothing to help or resolve the issue and have just left me quite p****d off in all honesty, no refund and no product, service is terrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After reading other reviews of other people with the same issue its actually shocking to see how people will buy blindly, read reviews before purchasing, absolutely no help, I have had the same issue as others where photopsy have blamed royalmail for the issue but surely if you've got many customers with this issue its internal and not royal mail, and surely you blaming royal mail is also defamation of their character? Will be taking this further

Great products! At first didn't believe I would recieve a great product for a great price, but they definitely suprised me. Really recommend this website if your looking for a gift for a loved one or a family member. Just remember to order in advance incase there are any delivery issues. My order came within 2 weeks+ and was very amazed with the product. Great Customer service instant replies. Thanks!

One month later, I have not received the item, despite them claiming it's a royal mail issue. 2 weeks after order, I receive a royal mail tracking number, which doesn't even exist on their database. Customer Service -Tom Hudgens, was no help whatsoever. I cannot claim a refund until I receive the item and then return it? What a scam. I will definitely escalate this further where I can!

Thank you so much to Tom who has arranged for re delivery of a pink queen rose bear to me. The first one that came in the post was a little squished (Due to transit) so upon sending them photos, Tom got involved and arranged for another bear to be sent out for free! Exceptional customer service

It has been 5 weeks but still haven’t received my order. I will copy a paragraph they have sent me via email to show you what this company is about:

Don’t order with this company because you will be disappointed with the time it takes for delivery and potentially be scammed. As you can see from the snippet above, they clearly are not professional and has scam written all over it

Paid for express delivery, it was never shipped. Requested a refund for delivery and they said they would. Nothing happened. After a 3 day wait I requested a full refund. Sent the same generic template.

Sent a further three emails with no response.

Avoid this company!

Item received very late, but it arrived safe with no damage, very Quality rose bear,very nice,love it and it well made ,it worth waiting for it .I would recommend..please try working hard ur delivery when it says 3-5 working days, customers are not happy when they don't get their items on time, one again thanks for delivery my bear

Would recommend this company to all. My rose bear came in the post today just under 2 weeks after ordering and although I was a little worried at first Tom & Ellie were very helpful via email.
