I received my Rose in a glass dome yesterday & I was actually so shocked at the quality! This was so much better than I expected & the value for money is amazing to also receive free shipping too! It was packed very well to avoid damage. I would 100% order from here again & would highly recommend it

I ordered a glass rose dome that arrived this morning.

The flower has been beautifullly preserved and smells great. It’s placed inside a glass like dome that looks so nice and it really makes to be a nice keepsake. I had ordered before a similar gift but the Photopsy rose glass dome looks more better. Delivery is also reasonable and although it takes a couple of days to be shipped it does come quickly.

Before ordering I was a little conscious on delivery time as the website states it can be around 5 to 15 days but I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the day after ordering from Royal Mail confirming they have my items. Few days later my dome came perfectly packaged. Lucky me 😁

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase, i was very anxious with the delivery timescale however when i emailed i always received a reply. I think the delivery service was with royalmail not company.
I would definitely recommend, the teddy is absolutely beautiful.
Cant wait to see my daughters face when she opens it. 🧸

Also tried to get my review taken down saying they cannot trace my email to a booking however i have the emails with the manager saying he will process a refund in september 2020 for when i ordered it in july 2020. Still waiting for refund from these scammers.

Lovely gifts at convenient prices. My mother loved her midnight rose in glass dome. It has LED lit lights and makes a great ornament piece.

Lockdown has really taken its strain out of us as a family and as we are vulnerable we couldn’t travel much or go shopping. So a close friend suggested this business for their forever bears so we ordered 3 and they are all so gorgeous! Excellently made and delivered in time for the big day. Free delivery also!! Made order 5 weeks ago. Still hasn’t arrived. RoyalMail tracking says delivered but RoyalMail have confirmed that I did not sign for this parcel. The general manager Tom refused to raise a lost parcel case as stipulated in his business account agreement with RoyalMail to recover the loss on the business side and he also refused to give me a refund to cover the loss on my side unless I deleted my bad review on TrustPilot so, I had to claim the money back through the bank.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

** UPDATE DECEMBER 2020. Do not let Toms response deceive you, my bank did not refuse my claim. I provided more than sufficient evidence for my bank to make a charge back and Tom tried to ask my bank to refuse it but the bank settled in my favour due to the evidence I supplied and the threatening email trail that Tom sent me.
Tom did not issue me a refund out of good will, infact, he threatened me if I were to make a chargeback through my bank.

Thankfully the bank was most helpful in this scenario.

Royal Mail did not deliver this parcel to me, nor did they receive a signature from myself to prove it was delivered... this was the royal mail tracking number that shows it was delivered with no proof of delivery (check for yourself if you wish to) Despite Tom saying he has sent me proof with a signature - which is also a lie.

Tom is liar and has taken 5 months to respond to this review after trying to get trustpilot to delete it. Trust pilot also asked me for further evidence which was supplied and verified.

I am not the first review that shows this company in a bad light and I am certain that I wont be the last.

Bought a blue rose bear for my sons funeral. Company looked based in the UK so I paid for same day shipping.
Item wasn’t shipped for three days, arrived after my sons funeral.
I contacted them all the way through, they said it was coming from the UK but when they sent me the tracking details it came from China!
Really disappointed. A huge let down, being lied to in difficult times is even worse.

Bought a Queen rose bear and a gift box. It arrived a few days later and was well packed with a nice gift card. The company are very responsive to messages and have nice gifts at good prices.

The gift was beautiful. Well packaged and delivered on time. My Sister loved it. Her middle name is rose, so this gift also had a meaning. Thank you for this.

This product looks wonderful, very happy. My only criticism would be that the personalised sticker (I ordered a white sticker) looked very tacky and ugly, I removed this before giving it as a gift. But perfect once removed :)

No complaints. I ordered a rose red luxury bouquet box & a Minnie Mouse rose bear bouquet. Took a few days to be shipped but when they arrived they looked absolutely gorgeous! Premium quality and the staff were incredibly generous and courteous throughout. Thanks a bunch 🎉

Item was recieved from Hong Kong which I was not aware about. It had the import sticker on it which gave it away after having taken over 2 weeks to arrive. I was only able to get a hold of the company once initially after I had receieved no further emails on the 5th day although delivery advised was 3 to 5 days. After that they were impossible to get hold of. I am still waiting on a response to my request put through via the website and the number provided just goes straight to voicemail without ringing.

Update: I have provided all the details requested via the link provided by Trustpilot. I can send you a screenshot of my email order. The order number is 2624 and at the time of the order I attempted to contact you multiple times with no luck so not counting my luck on getting a response via email when this response has already taken you over 5 months.
