Upea, mutta kohdistus vaikeaa
Itse tapetin kuva ja materiaali (matta) todella hyvä. Kuitenkin tapettia asettaessa haasteita koska kohdistaminen ei mennyt täysin vaivatta. Jos ylhäältä kohdisti tapetin, niin yhtäkkiä alhaalta tämä ei onnistunutkaan. Lopulta teimme niin että kohdistimme tapetin keskeltä missä eläimet ovat ja sekä ylhäältä ja alhaalta tapetin osat eivät aina täysin kohtaa. Lopputulos onneksi kuitenkin hyvä.

I'm glad you liked the image and material of the wallpaper! I understand that the alignment could have been challenging — especially when the alignment from the top and bottom didn't quite work out. Aligning from the middle sounds like a smart solution, especially since the animals are the focus. Great to hear that the end result was successful and looks good!

Wallpaper texture completely different
In the website and in the ordered sample the wallpaper had an even smooth blended pastel soft look. In real life there was a very coarse and strong canvas texture (original photo most likely taken from a small painting and blown up for the wallpaper) that could not be seen even if you zoom in in the most close up picture on the website. Customer service replied that the wallpaper needs a viewing distance as they will not look good in a close-up view. However, the coarse structure was visible from several meters away and there was no way of knowing there would be such a texture.

Parempia kuvia tarvitaan malleista…
Parempia kuvia tarvitaan malleista (lähikuvia). Tilauksen tekeminen oli hyvä kokemus, mutta toimitusajat eivät pidä paikkaansa. Ilmaistava selkeästi montako päivää menee tilauksen tulostamiseen ja montako toimitukseen. Leikkausohjeet olivat hyvät ja leikkaaminen oli siten vaivatonta.

Parantamisen varaa
Tapetissa oli jälkiä/ naarmuja, tein reklamaation ja sain vaivaisen 15% alennusta. Vuodat melko kapeita ja kuvat eivät 100% joka kohdassa kohdistu tasaisesti. Toinen tilaukseni oli siis tämä ja olen aika tyytymätön. Ensimmäisen tein 6v sitten ja se oli huomattavasti parempi.
