Sorry, I did not receive the item. Order number 12408. Fed Ex Tracking 888897486251. They delivered it next door and I could not find it.

Charged me and I never recieved my order!! I opened a ticket by emailing them and never heard back!!

The items are beautiful. They are exactly as portrayed in your website except they’re more awesome than I could’ve ever imagined.

The gifts were delivered on time and in perfect shape the DHL delivery app was informative, accurate and provided delivery information that reduce the stress level of the recipient.

I have been meaning to order this for quite awhile. I am very happy with the look and quality of the product.

Just an incredible gift for any couple ... it's a wonderful surprise - we have already ordered for five different couples!

Very Nice, but the colors (all back) and the base (all black) make it harder to see - It did look a little a different online and I would not have used hearts for the extra characters because its for my boss and that is not appropriate - Stars would have been better

The customer service listened to my issue and fixed it.

This dual name sign is really nice- very imaginative and nicely done. It will make a wonderful gift.

We love Robert and Tina together on the plaque. I bought it for my husband for our anniversary and it was an ideal gift!

The display came unglued from the mantle piece.

One is horrible. The so called wood base is dented and scratched. Hardly giftable quality. I’d like my money back or a redo of Maryann / Joseph at no cost to me

Ordered two items. Site glitched during the ordering process and finalized the order before I could make any selections for the second item. I quickly wrote them to explain the issue. And they corrected part of it, but sent the wrong color. When I explained the issue after receiving it, they said it was made according to what I had personally selected and refused to accept any responsibility. Even though I never made ANY selections. They talk in circles until you just give up. First, it was the wrong color by default, because I didn’t change it. Then it could not be changed because the deal it was part of dictated the color. Then it was that color because I selected it. None of which are true. Posted a negative review on their site, but they deleted it.
STAY AWAY!!!

The item was much lower quality than advertised.

Charged me higher price than on their website, then refused to credit the overcharge. We’re rather arrogant even when provided screenshot of their website pricing page. They are a good reason to stick with Amazon and Walmart+

The colours used were not good. It looks pretty ordinary and nothing like what the ad showed. The acrylic transparent box was broken when it arrived. Very costly for a product that was very average. Will never go in for this again
