Pickleball People Opiniones

Ordered 2 Pickleball paddles from Pickleball people, and both time super fast shipping and great customer service. Won’t hesitate ordering again from them.

Great service from a very knowledgeable team.

I was looking for a particular pickleball paddle and found it here. Good price with really quick service. Thank you and I’ll definitely use this company again

Pickleball People seem to go that extra mile in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Having recently bought a new paddle from them it arrived the next working day, well wrapped and as per the description on the website.
I also enquired a couple of days after buying my paddle about a specific net - which was showing as 'currently out of stock' - after a brief email to them they came straight back with an expected due date. Fab service from a UK based Pickleball Company!!

Excellent customer service, fantastic customer engagement and updates on product availability. Highly professional staff.

Reasonably priced product and prompt receipt of the order, thank you.

New Paddle arrived promptly and good customer service.

Fast service / great product

Excellent communication about my purchase. Responded quickly to a query I had and product arrived perfectly and well packaged.
Would definitely use again.

Item dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately there was a bit of a delay (caused by Royal Mail) but Pickleball People were very responsive and helpful in dealing with the issue. Excellent communication and service.

Disappointed as balls took several days to arrive and two of them have cracked on second outing.i bought their own brand balls but they seem to be inferior quality.

Purchasing the pickleball padel was easy and the service provided was excellent

What a great range of paddles at pickleball people. Read the reviews and opted for a CBRN1 paddle. What a great paddle, love the longer handle and elongated face. Definitely has improved my game in terms of return accuracy and spin. Would recommend Pickleball People to others.

Last minute gifts for my Pickleball obsessed husband, which were extremely well received. A great range of products and exceptional customer service from Rob who went out of his way to ensure I received my order before the Christmas cutoff. Thank you!

Great company, lovely pickleball bat, fast delivery

Pickleball People have a great range of equipment and paddles at very competitive prices. Staff were very helpful. Only problem is postage to the Republic of Ireland is very expensive at £20 when compared with postage to N.I. and UK VAT needs to be deducted at source, as custom charges and VAT will be charged on delivery to Republic of Ireland customers. If these issues can be resolved, I would definitely order again from Pickleball People.

Quick fulfilment of order. More importantly, an immediate phone call to check whether I meant to order an elongated cover for a standard paddle, which of course I hadn’t

I met Rob from Pickleball people at a local competition, he kindly loaned me his personal paddle to try out and was very knowledgeable answering my questions. I ordered one and it came in super fast time. Good company and great people.

Very good customer service, they where very kind in responding all my queries when trying to get a new paddle and they have a large variety in stock.
