This company needs to be shut down. They are charging extra for people to order CVS and Walgreens photo prints. They are NOT officially supported by CVS or Walgreens.

CVS does not require an upfront charge. Please do not use Picta, your money will be stolen and your data will be sold. This has become a huge issue for our customers.

Please only order photos directly through the CVS website. Picta will steal your money. This is a scam.

Scam middle man website - they charge 4x more than walgreens or cvs for the same prints to do nothing but collect your money

Bunch of con artist google search comes across that they are Walgreens but if you read close it's a Walgreens partner so you pay them a dollar on top of the Walgreens $.46 price forget these people go straight to Walgreens and only pay 46

Was a photo of my mother and I at Christmas a few years ago. When I received the printed photo, it was cut at our waist and blurry. I paid $5 for this and can’t use it :(

I received the canvas but I need to change it due to a fault on the canvas but the customer service is playing dead since one month!!!
This is absolutely frustrating as I paid a lot for that and no one is willing to get back to me.... better not buy anything there in case you have any questions!!!!

I didn’t receive my order. I wrote but no one answered. I will ask for rembursament or i will suite the website

Can’t review what I never got. Placed this order over two weeks ago, tracking app says has not received a tracking number. Not a good look Pictadesign!

i did not receive one of the 3 canvas immediatly, but the costumer service has been reactive.

I bought a Banksy print from PictaDesign which is excellent and more then i am happy with.
I did have an issue with the shipping, I understood from the website that the canvas was being shipped from Italy as the only location mentioned on the site. As the canvas was shipped from the UK there was a €65 import tax to Ireland being in the EU.

When I contacted PictaDesign by both email and WhatsApp I got no response re a delivery update and the import charge. From the WhatsApp presence of the company no one from PictaDesign has logged on since the 26th March.

Great product unfortunately no customer service.

Effettivamente c'è stato un problema nella consegna...ma ad una mia richiesta di rimborso hanno immediatamente rimborsato. Molto corretti.

I Now have 3 beautiful Banksy prints from Pictadesign. They are very easy to deal with and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I had a couple of days some negative remarks on Pictadesign, I like to inform that the problem is solved in a very short time in a correct way after a short conversation.

Expérience positive sur votre site même si le délai d'expédition a été un peu long.

Le tableau correspond parfaitement à mes attentes mais la livraison a été laborieuse car le livreur ne m'a pas contacté au moment de la livraison et à indiqué que j'étais absente de mon domicile alors que j'étais bien présente.
J'ai dû reprogrammer une livraison en point relais pour être sûre de récupérer ma commande.

Sinon les articles proposés sont très beaux. Pas de surprise à l'arrivée.
