I renewed my mobile phone (iphone 13 mini) insurance with Geoffrey at Mobile Phone Insurance Direct/Pier Insurance.

He gave me a loyalty discount for a more comprehensive insurance product that I wanted which included loss and theft cover.

I thought he was very helpful and professional during our calls and emails and I will happily recommend this company to people in the future.

I changed phone and wanted to modify my existing insurance. I thought it would be a real hassle but in fact the lady I talked to was very helpful and made the whole process simple. In my case it didn't even cost more for the new device.

My experience was absolutely superb, Geoff was so friendly and helpful & informative, he made my insurance renewal simple & seamless.

Had insurance for two Samsung 21s through Pier provided through Onecom - a business phone company. Lost my phone, rang up "Oh that one particular insurance wasnt paid for - but all other three handsets are" I am, like "how can that happen? how can you direct debit me for 4 handsets (2 I didnt even realise I still had insured through them) but not the one in question? They said they emailed me (great sure fire way to make sure someone knows something is being cancelled aye, well good for them, cos they have the proof). I was in hospital at the time, almost died, so emails werent really being looked at. (Got proof if u need it) Who cancels their S21 insurance, but not their s10? So I said, "alright, just give me an older S10 then, mega downgrade, I wont put up a fight... 1 month passes of multiple different questioning like "what was the last thing you did with your phone?" "How come you cant find it with the tracker?" Well I was in a non triagulated area of the national trust. Went on like this for weeks. This is a business phone!!! For business! Totally screwed me. I had already sent them excess money, (albeit I needed to pay a tad more cos the claim changed slightly) so I asked for that back and cancelled everything. All I can say is you are inhumane, time wasting and out of all the commercial experiences I have ever had, you guys destroyed my freaking soul. 25th Jul - 8th September the emails go from. I was a paying customer for a few years, all you had to do, was give me a new phone. So ladies and gentlemen, send £10 a month into a monzo money pot, and when the time comes, the simplicity of buying or fixing the phone will be as simple as it should be. * Sprinkles glitter into the air* Peace and love to everyone. -- Fab! Cheers for that! Being a telecoms insurance company, I kinda expected... a call? Or humility and a compassionate approach to, well, what you insure for, the unknown changes in circumstance that is life.

I wanted to update my existing policy and this was done very easily, with good communication and no hassle.

Always a hassle free service. Needed to add a phone onto my policy and was dealt with promptly by email.

Susan was very helpful and provided quick and efficient service.

Straightforward interaction with customer service. Pleasant and helpful with answers to questions. Overall a pleasant experience.

Phoned up yesterday to amend the policy. I was sent an email. Had a response today. Excellent service and very good value. Can’t remember who I spoken to yesterday sorry. But Susan was the one to email back. I’m very happy.
