Needed to update my existing policy for a new mobile very quickly sorted & a new policy price excellent value for money

Really smooth claim after I lost my smartphone. They sent the docs they required and it did take me a bit of time to collect all the required info but once it was submitted, enjoyed prompt service to sort a replacement.

After 4 days of following a confusd trail through Vodafone & OneCom , the eventual connection with Pier was relatively direct & simple.. although the contradictions in information coming from Vodafone, OneCom & Pier was very unhelpful & disturbing.
I was told early on in the process that it would be a simple case of the phone being exchanged , as it had just stopped working/wouldn't switch on etc, that it wasnt an insurance issue .. but in the end aftter days of being pushed pillar to post & back again, ending up with it being an insurance issue & potentially not straightforward.. Pier Only agreed to exchange it because of the horrible & extended experience I'd had trying to resolve issue..

The service I received from Jess was fantastic. I raised a couple of concerns about the process for replacing my leased handset, and Jess demonstrated truly exceptional customer service in response. I am always pleased when customer facing teams are empowered to help their customers and use their judgement. Thank you Jess, thank you Pier Insurance. And once again, I am happy that I stumbled across Raylo!
