Very unreliable.
Many times prescription only delivered on the day after meds had run out. I needed to leave my home before they were delivered. On one occasion delivery was several days late.
A script issued by my GP on 2nd April had still not been delivered by today - 15th.
Attempts to phone are futile as calls not answered.

Signed up elderly relative (- more than once in error as website not clear info had gone through. )When trying to set up to send prescription to them via the link sent, it diverted me to another company called Healthera who I then registered with thinking it was correctly linked. Just in time I realised the allocated pharmacy was not PillCare and tried to cancel . I then had hassle of contacting this unknown pharmacy to ask them to release prescription back to spine for the local pharmacy to pick up . Unclear sign up process and no one answering phone today or calling back to help - would not trust with handling medication after today’s experiences . Very stressful amongst a very stressful time helping sick relative.

To clarify, PillCare uses Healthera as a secure NHS-approved platform to manage electronic prescriptions and patient communications. When registering via the link, Healthera may display other local pharmacies if location settings or selections change, which can understandably be confusing. We recognise that this was not made clear enough in your case, and we are actively reviewing our sign-up instructions to prevent this happening again.
We’re also sorry that you were unable to reach us by phone when you needed help. We appreciate how time-critical and stressful prescription matters can be, and this feedback has been escalated internally to improve response times and call-back handling.

This service is excellent
This pharmacy is excellent. They do a fantastic job of the blister packs for pills. Excellent communication over the phone and WhatsApp. So good, I've recommended to Friends and Family requiring silly amounts of medication. Parth took the lead on my request and was super helpful, chased the pharmacy when needed and let me know when I needed to make calls. Big thanks!
I will continue to use this service until I no longer require the medication!!

Before joining Procare, I was with another company that sorted all my medication into daily pouches, so I was initially sceptical about whether you could meet my needs. I take a significant amount of medication—over 11 tablets in the morning and more than 19 in the evening—so this was a key concern for me.
I am pleased to say that Procare has exceeded my expectations. Your team has managed my medication requirements seamlessly, and I have found the service to be extremely reliable. Great service for the 3 months i have…
Great service for the 3 months i have been with Pillcare, would have been 5* but they havent been able to provide a text message or email on shipping of meds for those 3 deliveries, when they get that notification sorted it will be a 5* from me.
**Update Jan 2026 Left Pillcare not long after I placed this review 6 months ago following late deliveries and then having meds missing from my delivery, and they have only just replied, i found another company who i haven't had any of the issues I had will Pillcare.

Fantastic customer service
Having used other pill pouch services in the past, I wasn't holding out much hope. I could not have been more wrong! The meds are delivered quickly and always correctly. I had an issue with the first prescription (due to a mess up by PillTime!) and it was sorted there and then! PillCare's customer service is fantastic!

Best pouching service
This is my 4th pill pouching service pharmacy and are by far the best.
They have called me when new medication has been added to my monthly repeat prescription to ask when I want to take the medication.
The times I have had any queries it has been very easy to communicate with them, either by phone or by email. They have answered the phone promptly every time I have called and also replied to any email I have sent quickly.

If you give them a try, you will not be disappointed
I've had my prescriptions dispensed online very unsatisfactorarily for many years now. I have no choice, after some treatment a decade ago, has made my memory extremely unreliable. So I've had to put up with many minor and some major mistakes leading to a stay in a crisis house due to severe depression.
What joy when I found Pillcare!
They are professional, kind, caring and so easy to communicate with. When you join they ask you for a list of all your medication, with times required during the day. The pouches arrive ready to go, it's so easy, really helpful if you're forgetful. I've had a few additions to my prescription recently which weren't straightforward.
I emailed, got a response within 24 hours, followed their advice, problem sorted. I don't even have the worry of ordering, they do everything. A couple of days before my medication arrives, I get an email to say that they are on their way. My drugs always arrive 3 to 4 days before I run out. I recommend them to everyone. If you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
