so far i've been there twice
so far i've been there twice. Im SUPPOSED to see dr every 3 months. This office makes me go every single month. time off from work. first time i actuallly saw the dr. Second time i get stuck with an assistant. Really? Then trying to get them to call the pharmacy is like pulling teeth. Been an entire month and i STILL don't have my meds. If i don't get to see my Dr. this next time i'm going back to Tampa.

Very professional staff. After the first visit with Dr. Ahmed, I felt confident in his abilities and knowledge as a physician. Trust in my physician is paramount. Dr. Ahmed has earned my trust with his kind heart, compassion, and genuine concern for my health and wellbeing. I would recommend this Dr. and his practice to anyone that requires his specialty.

The office staff is very helpful and the Drs assistors are patient and personable. Dr Cases is very thorough in his exams and does not hurry you at all. Overall a great organization.

I’ve been fortunate to have been a patient at Pain Relief Centers for near 6 years and Dr. Thanh Le is the best!!! I love the team work of the staff and the Doctors there. I’m just home from a caudal epidural and it’s amazing the difference between the 10 I went in as and am close to a 5 at this time.
Do yourself a favor and go and get treated by doctors who treat the patient and not just the symptoms.

Since the office moved it has been true chaos. Things have been going down hill for over a year. Trina left then Jasmine. I don't know if this coincided with the hiring of that horrendous, rude office manager but that is when I noticed her. I was a long time patient and switched offices. I had been complaining of hip pain for 2 years. The 1st thing my new dr did was xray my hips which was never addressed at PRC. I have serious deterioration and arthritis in them. Very dissapointed in how their patient treatment has gone down. Jason is the only bright spot there anymore! Jason you can do better

I love Dr. Cases, but his front desk girls need to learn how to smile. We as patience are already having to come to a pain management Doctor, so things aren't great for us. A nice smile upon entering would sure be nice!

Great place to get the help I need.
I have been seeing Pain Relief Center for 14 years now, and I would not think of changing doctors. I am very grateful for the help that they have given me over the years. I trust them completely with my health. I highly recommend them to anyone who need a good pain mgmt doctor.

Everyone there is all great. Jason is the driving force behind the progress and professional strength of this office and patient services. Lealah is awesome as is all involved. Nurse practitioners are incredible as the man himself, Dr. Li.

Waiting area very small and does not accommodate my w/c easily so I use a walker when going there. Wait times are often very long. Bathrooms are not equipped for disabled persons.
