D.R. Otero is a very smart and pleasant Doctor to see.

Dr Gurgis is engaged with my health and I always kow that he cares for me.

Everyone seems a little stressed that works there and that usually comes from management. I also don't understand that at the West Park Surgery Center why if I have a 10:30 Appointment that I don't even go back to pre op for almost 3 hours. It makes it hard for the People that are given you a ride. This happens quite often (just ask the folks in the waiting room)

I previously felt like a patient going to see my Dr.
Now I feel like a drug addict. The wait is very long
and the fact that I have to go on a monthly basis is very hard for me.
I don"t drive and have to depend on a friend to drive me and not much changes in a monthly period anyway.What happened to the every 3 months? And why do I have to do the pee thing almost every time I go now? I understand (I really do) that people have abused the system so that I am having to pay. Just letting you know...I DON'T LIKE IT!

The staff is very courteous and friendly and the doctor takes his time and explains thing very well. The only issue is the wait time, an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, same complaint with all doctors appointments.

I love the pain management doctors that previously worked in another clinic. I had to search from my pain management doctor on the web by his name. I was tickled to find him so that I could remain is patient. I do have to travel a great distrance, but he is worth it!!!!
Not only that but when I showed up last Friday for an injection, one of my previous doctors remembered me and my name.
I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. He remembers my injuries and told him I fell 3 times last year and had to have spine surgery. I have not been out of pain since.

Making the new patient appointment, I hadn’t slept in almost 36 hours from painsomnia. They squeezed me in the same day. The office staff is friendly and helpful and approachable. They screen each time for mental health issues which can go along with chronic pain. The doctor was kind and gave me something for sleep and muscle pain and ordered xrays. I go back in a few weeks with my rheumatologist records and get a tailored treatment plan to help manage my pain long term. So relieved.

Dr. Guirguis is great! He is a kind and caring physician. Since he just moved to Pain Relief Centers, I'll give it 4 stars. The office is old, needs painting and it shares a waiting room with a Cancer Center. (On the day I was there) the Cancer receptionist was asking people who were not Cancer patients to move to the pain side to sit. It was busy, but there were seats. Honestly, given the tiniest fraction of authority, some people (receptionist) will push her tiny authority as far as she can to make herself feel better about a job she must hate. BTW, I sat on the Pain Relief side, but I could see how patients reacted to the Cancer receptionist's order to move. Paint the office and I'll give 5 stars the next review after it's painted.

Gr Guirguis is the best pain relief Doctor on the Planet!! He listens to your problems than uses his brilliant mind to help you have a normal life.I have used his excellent service for 3 years & highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest caring Doctor .

Only problem I signuin and an hour later I asked if it would be longer as I signed in at 10:20 for my 10:40 appointment the new nurse ditto dhond the desk I hadn’t signed in. About an hour later saw Dr Oterro and he was great. We left office about 1:30. I know the office was very busy.

Very happy Dr Robert Guirgus was found. The office people are quick and efficient,polite and very friendly office. I thank your all at Pain Relief Centers.

My procedure was pain free and less than 1 hour to complete. My current pain level is 85 % less 30 days out.
Staff well trained and efficient. Very short wait times for office and surgery center.

Horrible waiting period in waiting room long after appointment time

I’m very satisfied with the Pain Relief Centers on 49 th St. The physicians seem to listen to you about your pain problems,they offer suggestions that may help.

I have been to Pain Center many times and always had the greatest of service. Personnel all very professional and kind.

Pain relief centers is the first place I should have gone to instead of my regular doctor. The doctors here have shown such compassion for pain pain relief and their ability to address these issues is outstanding compared to a GP. Thank you so much
