I am happy with the service from the Pain Relief Center

The staff is great. The doctor used to be. I never received any instruction on my implanted pain device, which was basically tossed along with a box at my husband as I was being rushed out of the OP surgery bed immediately after the implantation to make room for another surgical patient in their conveyer belt system. I do give my Medtronic rep credit for contacting me and actually admitting she was wrong and Taking time to explain some basic things re: my pain pump to me. The last time I went to my “pain” doctor, who I really thought the world of before he hooked up with Medtronic, he upped the dose but failed to set the delivery rate correctly to 4x/day and left it a 1x/day. I caught the error by the next day )my appt was Wednesday before Memorial Day). I was able to figure out what he had done. He was “busy” showed no concern or even caring over a mistake he had made that basically cut my dose to a bit over 25 % from what I was even originally allotted. He said, “she’ll be fine. She can wait until Tuesday (after the Memorial Day weekend).” I was shocked, I was vomiting. I was in extreme pain and could barely walk. My husband was stressed out. I had done nothing wrong and yet I was yelled at and felt blamed. My spinal cord is squashed down to 7 mm space which if I have muscle spasms, I literally am in extreme pain and lose my ability to walk very quickly. Thank God for his staff who stepped in and and a Medtronic rep was able to recalibrate what he messed up and didn’t care about. I’m thinking adding or training a member of his staff in handling and recalibrating these implanted devices and increasing that person’s pay instead of employing a transcriptionist who follows him around so he no longer has to type would’ve been a batter choice. The nasty doctor is no doctor the way he talks..I'm out of there and if I can I would report him.

From the front office to my doctor to the corporate office, I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect, and I've been very impressed so far with the competency of everyone I've been in contact with.

I finally found a doctor that was able to help with my pain. I also appreciate the genetic testing as I use it with my regular doctor when prescribed new medications. Dr. Chad is my hero!!!

Dr. Guirguis is GREAT and really tries to help his patients get to the root of the problem and the office staff is always so friendly and helpful!

I was a little nervous to follow my Doctor to a new place, but Dr. Otero is worth it, so I started going to Pain Relief Centers. I have no regrets, it was a win, win. for me... I still have my doctor who I followed to Pain Relief Centers. I would highly recommend Pain Relief Centers, As a retired USMC everything & everybody at the office is Good To Go & I come from Brooksville FL for my appointments, so that should say alot....

I felt that the nurse practitioner treated me like a drug addict because my urine test came back negative and I was there for a refill.

Very professional...run pretty close to the scheduled time of appointment.....decent support staff.

Dr Guirguis and his staff are very professional yet easy to talk to. He helped relieve my sciatica with an epidural steroid injection. I highly recommend him!

I recommend this place very highly. I have been dealing with chronic pain for 20 years since my car accident and Dr. Gorman is the first doctor that has not just prescribed medication and sent me out the door. He honestly cares about resolving my pain issues as much as possible. I have had three different procedures done that have all helped in different ways and together we will continue to do what ever it takes to help me to get my pain manageable.
I have complete trust in him and that is honestly the first time I have ever felt that way about any of the doctors I have seen over the last twenty years.

Dr Chad was great. My left shoulder and back pain were preventing me from exercising. My daughter Dr Leal advised me to have Dr Chad Gorman checking me out. That was 3 months ago . Painless ever since .

Wait time was a little long but I was very pleased with the Dr and the additional information she gave me.

Dr Gorman is an amazing doctor.. When no other doctor would help me with my pain from a spinal fusion he did! Thank you Dr Gorman for helping me live my best life. Sincerely Carolyn Burroughs.

I've been going there for some time now all staff for awesome it's clean don't have to wait long and my doctors are awesome I recommend this place

I inow that doctors offices are busy all the time but when you have an appointment and you have to wait hours to be seeing that become a problem. The staff at the front dont have people skill when it come to explaining procedure or making appointment. It is aweful to have someone in front of you that looks like want to kill someone: no a good morning, everything went well, have a nice day. Simple expresion that can change the attitud of a person. I do have to say that the lady at front desk (long black hair) is the sweeties thing, so friendly and helpfull and Dr.Otero was very good.

These Doctors are very professional.. The staff are great as well.. They dont look at just handing meds.. they look at all procedures that will give better quality of life..
