I live with chronic pain
I live with chronic pain. Dr. Thanh Le has given me the most relief.
Dr. Thanh Le and Robyn Susan-Michelle Aydelott APRN both spend time with patients listening and explaining a plan of care.
The office staff and nurses I have been in contact with stay positive and a good vibe going in office.

Has helped me with my pain
Dr Gorman started out a little on the gruff side. By the next visit we began to understand each other. He is VERY good and knows what he is doing. He doesn’t just hand you scripts and say see you in a month.
The office is clean and wait time was short each time I have been there.
I have recommended him to others and my sister will see him for a pain pump.

I’m an above knee amputee and have pain…
I’m an above knee amputee and have pain at least 14 hours per day. My pain management office offered a lot of information on my choices. They’re always prompt and show genuine concern for the clients.

Super friendly and compassionate staff
Super friendly and compassionate staff. Very professional. Not like the old days of pill dr.s. These people treat you with dignity and want what's best for you. They care for your wellbeing. They take the time to go over all of your questions and answer them honestly and intelligently. I'm very fortunate to have found these wonderful people.

Dr Otero
Dr. Otero never did my procedure and would not call me back or follow up with me. I asked numerous times and no response from him. I find that very in professional from a doctor.

Needles and steroids.... that’s all I was offered and none of it worked. And those are pricey for something that doesn’t work.

bad experience
My initial contact, with Dr. Otero early in March was excellent. And, having scheduled a rather un-invasive procedure on my left knee for March 22, I was prepared to render a glowing review.
That has since changed dramatically. On March 21, my procedure was postponed -- supposedly because the doctor who was to perform the procedure had encountered "an emergency." OK. Reasonable. I could still live with that
But along with the postponement came a promise from the young lady who called that she would get back to me promptly, PROBABLY by the next day (March 22), to reschedule the procedure.
I told her that was fine, but reminded her that a long delay would not be acceptable since, as snowbirds, we'd be heading back north.
As I write this, it is now March 28!!!!! And I have yet to hear Word One about a reschedule date.
TOTALLY unacceptable.
