Oh my goodness! We LOVE our sweeties! I ordered quite a selection and we loved it all. My children loved their blue scoops and the pink trio was brilliant. Can't wait to dig into my build a mix. Fantastic value, amazing service and we will definitely be ordering again!!!!!

Although my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I've been trying to find it. The company have now emailed and sorted this out. Refund is now on its way to my bank and my little one will now have money to go on holiday with shame about the sweets tho.

I completely rate this company for their branding & products but I am so disappointed that I have sent countless emails, messages via Facebook, even sending messages to the mobile number on the card I received with my first delivery and I have had absolutely no response. I was sucked in by the amazing videos and made a big order as my first. This got lost in transit after I had it redirected from my address to a store. Completely Evri’s fault who were useless but when I contacted the Pinkies (multiple times) to see if they could help with better tracking, all correspondence from me was ignored. My parcel finally turned up and I loved it all so much (aside from 5 out of date products that I also emailed the company about) that I made another order.

Unfortunately, this order was delivered (again by Evri- and left on my doorstep) and it was not there when I arrived home. Again, not Pinkies fault but after trying to get help with Evri regarding this (who are completely useless), they have told me to contact the company- who I explained do not respond and will be of no help- as they can help me. Of course I have done this, again sending emails and messages via Facebook & WhatsApp and no response.

This is so disappointing because I would’ve continued buying from Pinkies Sweeties because the products are amazing but I cannot spend my money with a company that is so lacking in customer service. I’m currently £30 down from an order that has disappeared from my doorstep and I am fully aware that this is Evri’s incompetence at not leaving it in a more secure place but after sending countless messages to this company regarding two orders I have placed and being completely ignored, I won’t buy from them again.

I don’t understand how this company has a single bad review, the quality of the products is 10/10, the variety is brilliant there are items I haven’t been able to find on any other website. Branding is top notch, selection also top notch. Pricing reasonable considering the size of the order. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else now. Dispatch quick. Brilliant products, can’t fault pinkies at all.

I ordered twice from this company first was fine the 2nd time sweets came expired!!! The mystery box had like 7 items in it and they were mostly small items definitely not worth £9.99!! I emailed them twice with no response from them. How can you sell expired items to your customers then not respond to emails but email asking for a review?? I feel like this company is a scam as zero communication/response and I would strongly NOT recommend buying from them.

I bought from this company and whilst everything came in good condition, multiple products came expired. I tried to contact the company via email and via instagram messages but have heard nothing back. On top of this, I keep receiving emails from the company asking me to review their products, which seems insulting when I have been attempting to make contact for weeks.

Updated - After our original order went missing pinkiessweeties very kindly sent a new batch out for us and they arrived today. The sweets mix is amazing. Thanks for your help pinkiessweeties in getting the problem sorted.

I placed an order and received but had some items missing so I emailed and PM on Facebook and I have had no reply what so ever, they are happy to take ur money quickly but if there is a problem they don’t wanna know! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never shop here again!!

Love pinkies & so does my little boy. We ordered at Christmas and the order was phenomenal. We’ve just ordered the Easter box which is great. The boxes all have a huge variety, plenty in them & are great value for money. I’ve just ordered a few different gifts for Easter for other family members. Communication is also great, very responsive to emails with any queries. :)

Spent £33 on £4 worth of sweets.

So called American sweets which are all English sweets available from the pound shop.
Pick and Mix which is dry and looks like it's been assaulted and are tasteless... presumable as all sweets have been played with for tik tok reels

Guaranteed 4 day delivery but took 7 days to come.

The only time I would recommend using this person is if you don't like money and want rid of it.

Will now be chasing for a refund but I guarantee this scammer will not respond to emails based on previous reviews.

Placed an order on the website, order arrived and was missing 3 items. No email to let me know if the items where out of stock, no note in my order to let me know either! Several emails and no response, and left comments on her TikTok videos which she deleted! Don’t recommend

Poor service pay on tik tok order via TikTok nothing arrives. I email them they don’t reply this is a slam beware these people are skammers

The surprise box I paid £25 was not worth it, I wish I had gone an got a selection myself. Definitely wasn't 13 items. Feel quite conned as had watched the videos and looked really promising.
Won't be buying again.
