Got a hand pull pump for my home pub. Was able to order the wood and handle colour I wanted and then got a demo when I went to collect.

Quick delivery. Good communication. The stand I bought was for a pint365 hand pull but with a bit of modification (drilled 4 new holes) I got it to fit mine.

Great website with good instructions and product arrived nicely packaged and in good time. Many of the small brewery websites that sell beer pumps, in the small print, say it will be sent out by the supplying company - so why not go direct to the website and purchase directly from them - I did, and I have no regrets 👍

Fast shipping. I actually received my package before the estimated shipping date. Well packaged and in good condition. Beer to be consumed is still conditioning so I haven't tried the unit yet, but it looks great.

The pump arrived very quickly. I was surprised to see that real Mahogany was no longer used, so the new pump did not match the Mahogany pump that I bought in 2020. However I was able to clarify the situation with a very helpful person named Cariss. I will use the pumps at Christmas using beer from my local Craft Brewer.

This is one of the finest crafted machines I have ever seen. Well built, solid, not heavy but weighty with smooth action. I purchased the oak deluxe and would highly recommend the upgrade from the standard engine, especially as there is little difference in the price. Fitted in minutes and simple to use and clean between beer changes. I have recommended the unit to friends already and will be ordering a second for my kitchen to offer a choice of beers to myself and guests when they visit. It really is as good as they say!!

Easy to order and good variety of beers to select. The beer was fantastic. Maybe have other beer search categories rather than just brewery, like porters, dark bitters, IPA etc

Quality product. Quick delivery and first rate customer service. Even though there was a manufacturing fault with my first delivery it was quickly dealt with by the team at Pint365 and I had a replacement within 2 days! Awesome service with the customer put first. Excellent company to deal with,beer pump well packaged and arrived in good time and i was very pleased with it,looks stunning,unfortunately part of my order from the brewery was missing but pint 365 say they are going to get on to the brewery to correct this so very pleased,keep up the good work

New pipe the same as original with all the fittings including made it easy to get my beer engine back up and running again after i had a split in the pipe from my own wrong doing , luckily enough pint365 have spares at hand just like the original making it easy to start enjoying my beer once again - pint 365 thanks very much.

Very happy with my new pint365 hand pump. Arrived well packaged, was very easy to set up and when it did not pull beer on first attempts, I found the advice I needed on their FAQ (prime from bottom of pump by holding a glass of water up to it).
Later, when I asked them about cleaning lines and pulling from multiple kegs using john guest thumb valves to select a keg, their technical support team were very helpful.

Excellent product, great quality, delivered in a timely manner, the glasses were missing from my order however when contacted these were sent out straight away. no issues.

I ordered Sum Mat Blonde, really nice and it arrived within 48hrs of ordering which was great being as I live in Northern Scotland, was a little gutted that the Beer Clip didn’t come although it should have as I wanted to start a collection
