This was 2nd time of using this company, can't fault the products or delivery service, will keep using.

Excellent service from Pint365, I placed my order on August 24th and promptly received an email apologising that it would probably be delivered after the Bank Holiday Monday, I would have been happy with that, but then out of the blue later the same day Pint365 informed me that they were now shipping my order with Parcel force Express 24 service.
And sure enough the very next day it was delivered, in less than 24 hours, amazing considering my delivery cost was free.

Unfortunately after receiving and setting up my Pint 365 it turned out to be faulty. After a quick telephone call and very helpful staff a replacement was sent out within 2 days and the faulty one collected by carriers. I would like to thank them all for such wonderful service.

Fantastic service as always, super helpful both times I've needed them at the last minute.

The discount code didn't work & I failed to notice it before confirming. I contacted them as soon as I noticed it, but they couldn't amend or send a voucher for the discount lost. It seems a good product but only put 1 polypin through it, so very early days. Just keep an eye on any discount if using any codes.

Fantastic service, especially when I initially provided the wrong delivery address! The product is brilliant, excellent craftsmanship and looks great in my home bar!

Incorrect address taken down and had to pick up the box of ale. Bit of a nuisance driving 6.5 miles out of my way after work. Offered a £5 voucher but was expecting a bit more to be fair.

The items were perfect, on time and the service as ever was flawless.

There is nothing quite like having a home beer pump in your home - I have now connected this to bag in box from a local brewery and to mini kegs and it's fantastic. Works as you would hope, looks the part. Does it make the beer better... not sure... but does it allow me to live out my barman fantasies, absolutely

Easy to set up. Less than five mins from box to bar. My only criticism is the hike of £40 in price with no beer in a box supplied as in earlier sales. However, all was as advertised. I think for the cost of a couple of quid, if they included a 10mm to 8mm John Guest reducer in the pack, this would have got a 10/10 from me.
