Ricky and Jack were super helpful and pretty good to get in contact with. I personally had some issue with Drop Box and uploading videos that were large files, which meant I had to create and pay a monthly drop box subscription to allow me to upload all my files for my TBE. Other than the issues with Drop Box I was pleased with the experience.
