Very well structured and presented course, good information sent out prior to the course commencing and very good clear instructions throughout the course

I felt the course was very poorly taught. It wasn't aimed at teaching you the principles but just learning things by rote to pass an exam. It was rushed, things weren't explained, too many references were made to the handbook and page numbers and key note numbers when we should be being taught and understanding the concepts and subject.

Bill kept it alive and exciting as possible, very good at teaching and felt like he didn’t leave anything out

As military personnel with a high work load and traveling, with not much time on my hands I found PIP services with: Ricky, Harry and Jack where amazing they got me through my level 4 facilties management, Nebosh, and level 6 in occupational health and safety practices. I couldn't ask for more support and guidance as I've been out of education for 13 years. They are very professional and I highly recommend for anyone looking for further education and training and I have recommended this company to many military leavers looking for a new path in the Civilian world.

Ricky was very informative and gave good advice on how best to understand the requirements of the course.

I've just completed SEATS Environmental training. There was a lot of ground to cover in a one day course but the instructor (Ricky) worked at a good pace, was clear and concise and I felt well prepared going into the final exam. The course workbook was excellent and will be useful not just for the exam but for future reference.

An eye opening and very informative day spent learning on how to administer first aid for various injuries.

Billy was great in his delivery and answered all questions.

Had my SSSTS done and passed, was made very comfortable by the teacher we had (billy) tbh I convinced myself I’d fail but billy was a great teacher and made the whole experience much more comfortable, thank you.

Course was really goodand gave me a much better understanding on temporary works used on construction sites.

Really helpful & insightful C.I.T.B H&S training centre, Billy who was running the course today was a top bloke & was very helpful with all questions asked & ran through everything in detail for the class, would highly advise booking courses with this company & wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
