Pisa Stone Ltd Opiniones

I asked for a quote online for a bespoke traditional marble fire surround and was promised a quote would be sent through the following day, this was 5 weeks ago, I asked for the quote to be sent through again, and was advised to send through the dimensions again.
I duly sent this across with an image of what was required. and was advised via the chat that the quote would be sent through - this was over a week ago and still no response,
I was advised that it could be done on line, but no further comms- dreadful customer service will not use this company. why say it can be done when you can't
even be bothered sending the quote! have now gone to another company that quoted with 2 days.

Truly proffesional and reliable team. Top-quality service and workmanship. These guys have never let me down- highly recommend!

We wanted some natural stone coping stones to finish off a new wall, we ordered the Basalt coping stones. The service we received from Pisastone from ordering, delivery and after sales service was second to none. Highly recommend this company

This is a great company. I made a mistake with my order and Irfan sorted it promptly. He was friendly and really helpful. Nothing too much trouble. The materials received were also really good quality. Would highly recommend

We wanted some black pillar caps for our new front wall. I contacted Pisa Stone many times for information. Every time I called I was met with patience, understanding and helpful advice. When I eventually placed my order (4 items at 45 kg each) the items arrived quickly and were very well packed. They are now in the process of being installed and we are delighted with the result. Thank you Pisa Stone both for the product as well as the positive response always shown to my numerous enquiries.

Purchased 3no wall caps from Pisa Stone, during transit items suffered some minor damage at corners. I was concerned that I wouldn`t be able to get a replacement or a refund. Pisa Stone - answered my request promptly and received a replacement immediately with a slight upgrade absolutely free. The product I procured is of great quality and perfect cut finish. Thank you Pisa Stone for your prompt action! A Dumitrescu

Big thanks to pisa stone for my work tops can’t fault the service they give me from start to finish after using them for a second time nothing is to much trouble and even fitted the week after calling out to take templates and the finish is second to none wouldn’t use any body else so if your looking for work tops or anything else I wouldn’t go anywhere else thanks again Anthony 🙌🙌🙌

I made the purchase online. Before despatch I was notified of some minor damage and sent a picture of the damage in order for me to decide if I still wanted the table at a discounted price, which I was offered at the same time. The damage had been repaired and I considered the discounted price to be fair, so I accepted the offer and am now the proud owner of the most beautiful table..

We had an amazing experience with Pisa stone who supplied and fitted multiple areas in our home including a fabrication of a bespoke fire place bench, a separate fireplace, a bar area worktop and wall cladding, fabrication of wall cladding in downstairs toilet. All super promptly and great service from start to finish. We had a chip on the hearth for the fireplace and it was promptly replaced. Kassem and is team are very knowledgeable, great attention to detail and great after service. Would recommend.

Customer service has been incredible the whole way through design to delivery. Our fireplace arrived today and looks fab (through the packaging) can’t wait till we are able to open and install!! Thankyou so much team.

So pleased with our lanterns which are beautiful. Swift professional resolution from Pisastone. We are looking forward to using them for our remodel - would highly recommend to all

Great service and advice from the initial order to delivery, I did go back twice due to my poor measuring. Also advised on the correct sealer for my wall copings.
A1 service highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly, supportive staff who you can trust . Quality products too. Thank you for your support and amazing Buy.

We ordered coping stones for our terrace wall, pier and seat. When placing our order, Kasem was helpful and efficient. The stone was cut to our specification and delivered within a few days. Though well packed, some damage occurred during delivery. Kasem offered immediately to recut replacement stone over the weekend and have it delivered within a couple of days.
We are delighted with the result and the customer service - very happy to use them again, and to recommend them.

Have used a couple of times now for bespoke pier caps; all of different sizes & 2 "irregular quadrilaterals". All fitted perfectly, they look stunning and I'd definitely recommend them.

A truly great company to deal with. From order to delivery the service provided was excellent. The quality of the stone was great and really did l look like the website photos. The website was excellent to navigate, and made it easy to choose the stone from the photos.
All companies should follow this example.

Pisa Stone supplied good quality coping stones for our patio wall. Kasem provided excellent customer service to ensure our requirements were met .

Needed some coping and pier caps for my wall. I ordered from them and left a deposit. I returned for my deposit back as the color did not match. I was worried i would struggle to get my deposit back but the owners were Extremely nice, polite and willing to give the deposit back. Due to their kindness i ended up going back to find the perfect match. Five star customer service and kindness.

Of all the suppliers for my garden renovation, Pisa Stone were the easiest to deal with.

I bought the basalt copings which look great on the walls and I couldn't find anything else like it out there

Service was great too, swift delivery and good order tracking
