Shoutout to Luis and Liana!! Both did a great job in making the process quick and seamless.
Luis was able to immediately get me onto a virtual viewing and send over all the necessary requirements in an instant.
Liana was great in helping with all the admin work. She made the process for submitting documents really easy.
Both were really responsive and replied to all my questions in an instant.

Reached out regarding a room on Spareroom, chatted with multiple agents but ended up with Luis, who was very supportive - reached out to the landlord & current tenants for me to accommodate specific requests and had a very quick response time. Was able to schedule a virtual viewing on short notice.
Ended up going with another room - so I can't speak on the experience as a renter - but had a very good impression of the overall process at Pistoria & with Luis, seemed very transparent.
