Pixi Beauty Opiniones 

I ordered cosmetics on the official Pixi website. I always try to use official websites to have the maximum payment security and adequate customer support.
I placed my order for >100£ on January 21, received a confirmation e-mail. My credit card was charged.
10 days later I realize that I have never received an email informing me about my delivery status, so I contact customer service to get an update about my delivery and instead Fallon sends me a template message informing me that ‘they are looking into this order and will be in touch as soon as they have more information about it’. 3 days pass - no one is getting in touch with me. I send one more email - no answer. So 2 weeks after placing my order I call the customer service and find out that my order hasn’t event been processed yet. The lady tells me that supposedly my order will be sorted out tomorrow and that I will receive an e-mail notification. Surprise surprise, I receive nothing.
Next week (3 weeks later after placing my order) I call again and another lady tells me that my order is STILL hasn’t been processed and that she will try to figure out why and get back to me. Obviously I lost my patience and asked to cancel my order and refund me immediately. Let’s see how much time it will take them to proceed with that.
I don’t advice anyone to order anything on official Pixi website.
Such a shame cause cosmetics are really good and I was very excited to receive my parcel.
Just in case anyone in customer service will finally have some concern about the situation, my order number was 169410.

Recent issues with a delivery due to the courier. Reached out to Pixi customer care who were brilliant (Fallon). New order sent within a couple of hours of me sending the mail. Could not fault the customer care, excellent all round.

My first time shopping with Pixi Beauty, the website is great showing a wide range of products. Purchasing was fast and easy. After a little wait my order failed to arrive. I contacted Pixi and their responce was second to non. A replacement order was dispatched and arrived a couple of days later. Christmas all sorted with time to spare. If my wife has her way I will definitely be purchasing again.

Lovely products, big fan of the hydrating milky mist. Ordered the supersized bottles which were dispatched quickly but lost by Hermes. Customer service at Pixi were fantastic though, quick reply and sent out a replacement no problem. Highly recommend buying from their site.

I recently purchased the Glow Mist spray and absolutely love love love the product. Unfortunately after using 5-6 times the nozzle stopped working. I contacted customer services and they could not have been more helpful. Fallon has organised a replacement to be sent to me.

Customer service is very kind and helpful, they respond very quickly.

I received my 10% coupon code for signing up via text message, however it did not apply at my checkout. When I contacted the customer service to inform them, I received a courteous response within less than 24 hours and was refunded my 10% on my purchase!

My order was lost in transit and when I contacted Pixi, they dealt with this immediately and my order arrived the next day. The service really could not be better and Pixi products are excellent. I am more than happy to be a returning customer.

Unfortunately, my order was lost in the shipping process. So, for the first time, I needed to contact Pixi customer service.
I couldn't have asked for better service. They immediately looked into the problem and are replacing my order.

They are attentive and kind, they really walk that extra mile to help you out. Definitively a service you can trust and relay on, they have been so helpful in assisting me with all the troubles due to customs issues, I am really thankful, especially to Fallon
