Overall I love the products. One minor complaint is the rose ceramide cream tube having gold writing which breaks away and I find glittery specks on my face after moisturising.

Please return to former packaging or change format of lettering.

I have been an online customer for a few years and I never had a reason to contact customer service until now. I ordered two products that turned orange under my eyes. I was told that I could return them, but I had to pay for the return. This is not an industry standard, and I think you should consider this when ordering these products online. I am deeply disappointed, and I will never order these products online again.

Reached out to customer service simply for advice regarding my Pixi skincare routine. I promptly received a helpful reply from Olivia, and even received another reply from Liz when I posed a follow up question. I feel like my investment in Pixi products is well worth it and well deserved. Love everything about the company.

I order a way long from UK to ship in india and I received damage product and they immediately placed a new order of replacement I am really very very happy with Pixi customer service thank you so much 😊

I love Pixi Beauty and have bought a few products over the last two years. Recently I had a faulty product. Pixi we’re amazing, not only did they give me a full refund but they let me choose another product free of charge. I dealt with Fallon, a very nice friendly lady. When a friend showed me the Hello Kitty collaboration with Pixi, I knew I had to make an order. However, one of my purchases arrived damaged so I decided to email customer care. The two correspondents, Olivia and Liz, were delightful! I received fast responses and had no issues from these ladies! Thank you so much for providing great customer services! Meravigliosi . I loro prodotti sono bellissimi esteticamente, quindi perfetti per essere regalati, e di altissima qualità. La maggior parte dei prodotti skincare sono adatti a tutti i tipi di pelle, quindi facilmente acquistabili senza paura . I prodotti make-up sono molto buoni e adatti sia per le ragazzine, alle prime esperienze col trucco, che per le donne over 40-50 ( come dimostra la stessa fondatrice Petra ) . Si possono realizzare trucchi semplici o elaborati . I prodotti “must have” del brand sono le palette viso e occhi ! Wow ! C’è ne sono di tutte le dimensioni ed esigenze ! Super pigmentate, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo !!! Per quanto riguarda i prodotti skincare , ci sono tantissime edizioni ognuna con diverse azioni, vitamine e nutrienti. I miei preferiti : ( glow cleanser, glow tonic, glow tonic serum ) una skincare base perfetta a cui si possono aggiungere altri step e prodotti a seconda delle esigenze. Mi trovo molto bene . Utilizzo anche le loro maschere idratanti, creme contorno occhi ( al retinolo ) e tanti altri prodotti . Tutto perfetto. Per il make-up, ho testato : numerose palette viso e occhi , rossetti , matite , mascara , illuminanti e qualche altro prodotto … .
Tutto di altissima qualità.

( Non ho mai testato il primer, il fondotinta, il correttore, la cipria e gli smalti . Quindi la mia recensione, assolutamente positiva, non riguarda questi prodotti che non ho mai testato, ma credo che anche i prodotti che non ho mai testato siano comunque validi, ho fiducia in questo brand ) .
La maggior parte degli acquisti li ho fatti online da LOOKFANTASTIC.de per comodità oppure dal vivo da douglas o Sephora.

REPORT your bad experience with Pixi Beauty to the Federal Trade Comission online or by phone! It is fast and easy. They need to get a hard slap for their misleading advertising and horrible customer service that unfairly steals your time and money. Worst customer service ever. 2 months later and still unresolved/no refund. ordered a Black Friday BOGO 50% off. They have very dishonest marketing. They will discount off of lowest item even if you have 2 items that cost the same on your cart. Ordered two 24 dll items and two 16 dll items they discounted 50% from the lower priced items only. Called and complained they said that the 50% is off lowest priced item they find in your cart even if you have purchased 2 identical items for same price. So don't say 50% off second item of EQUAL or lesser price then!!! That is dishonest marketing. Also 2 of the lipsticks in a second order were completely dried out and just plain bad. Pixi told me to send back products if I wasn't happy and 2 months later and after returning products still no refund! Wasted so much time in emails and phone calls. The FTC told me they opened file on them and if consumers file more complaints their consumer protection attorneys will investigate and penalize company. Please don't just leave a bad review, Pixi doesn't seem to care or they would have improved. Get them were it hurts and report them!
