I liked your fast response, within minutes you've answered my questions and first I felt eager to give it a go and place a order from you maybe in the future, though it seemed like you have very good vegan products? But now I don't know if I wanna put down all the time, money and the effort it takes to eventually be let down, after reading the bad reviews so many have left here! :S It doesn't feel worth the shot, when I live in Sweden and support our companies here. And especially when I live in the Northern Sweden, where the shipping always is 1-2 days extra from the capital. I want quick deliverys most of the time.

I was concerned about my order cause i read that supposedly they don’t ship to Mexico right after i did my purchase so i emailed customer services and asap i got an answer from Fallon and they confirmed that they DO ship to Mexico and i was so relieved cause i truly love Pixi! It’s my favorite brand and i was struggling for more than a year cause i didn’t know how to get my products considering the pandemic. I’m so excited for my order to arrive, their products always have a 10/10 for me.

I would like rate the custormer service as perfect. Coreen replied me the same and resolved my issue with the product within a couple of hours. This is the best customer service that I have seen in my life. This showed the quality of not only the products but also how it is when they deal with customers. I think this is the main reason why they have become a successful product. Because customers are dragged to buy this product without any fear with this type of a customer service. Well Done pixi!! Keep It Up!!!

Unfortunately the ordered package got lost. With just 1 email Coreen has arranged it perfectly. A new package was sent right away, which I received today. Perfect service, great company!

The packaging arrived damaged so I sent my photos to Pixi. They responded to my email within 24 hours and offered some free samples as compensation. I’m really pleased with the level of customer service that I received. Thanks!

I have to say Pixi is the best customer service experience I have received. Coreen is especially excellent in providing outstanding customer service. From advice on which products to use for my skin type to order issues, there is nothing that is any trouble for Coreen as she deals with everything swiftly, kindly, and with such a helpful manner. She’s an asset to the pixi customer service team and such a pleasure to interact with because you know if you ask her anything your question or problem will be dealt with swiftly and professionally. Perfect customer service experience.

Coreen was amazing. I presented her with my product issue, which was the hydrating milky mist nozzle sprayer was not misting, it was shooting a straight line of liquid. She told me to soak it in warm water and try expunging the warm water to remove any debris, this did not work. I bought the product third party and she explained they don't do refunds or exchanges if it's not bought from their website, but she wanted to make it right, and complimentary shipped me the product and some samples. She DID NOT have to do this. This was amazing customer service and she's very kind. It's unexpected to receive this kind of service from a big brand, at least in my experience. If the replacement works well, I'll chalk it up to a bad nozzle, and continue to buy this product because I enjoy the formula very much. Please y'all if you do have issues, contact them! Don't be rude, let them help you, and if the troubleshooting doesn't work, I'm sure they'll make it right to the best of their ability. Coreen was nice, patient, and respectful to my concern, I will absolutely recommend Pixi to anyone who doesn't know where to start with skincare. Thank you Coreen!

I had a really positive customer experience with Pixi - I placed a big order, and loved all the products, except for one which I had an allergic reaction to. Coreen from Customer Support was a really lovely person to work with - to the extent that her customer service is part of the reason I'll be ordering from Pixi again!

I was really keen to try Pixi skincare after hearing so many good things, however I didn’t really know where to start with the products.
I contacted customer services and received a response from Coreen. After some questions about my skin and what concerns I had Coreen supplied me with a list of products that would be suitable and how they would be beneficial. I have to say this is some of the best customer service I’ve had and will definitely be recommending Pixi to others
