I really wanted to love this company

I really wanted to love this company. There were a lot of things I was going to order from them, but the wallet I ordered was very poor quality. The material started peeling after being used for only a couple of months, and all I did was take it in and out of my backpack. It didn't even get caught on anything, it's just poor quality. I tried to contact customer service but they never responded. The two stars are because the wallet is still useable and cute, but really it started to deteriorate so quickly.

Great for vegans, lacking in customer service

I love that it’s vegan leather with cute designs. Their customer service is rather disappointing. My Brooklyn belt bag’s zipper broke within 1.5 year with light use (once a week). I contacted them asking if there’s anything can be done and have yet to hear back

I ordered this bag, loved the look. Main reason for ordering was to use as my Work/flight pursue..Unfortunately the bag was "too small" for my use. It looked larger than it is. I very much want to "return" Have no issue to pay for the return fee, BUT I have emailed, left a voice mail to get the address, and I am really surprise the push back on returning. They want me to do a "green return" and recd only 30%, I said no...The thing is IF I could physically see the bag there would not have been an issue, I would not have purchased, but no store where I live. I have order in the past and "loved" the bags, but Please be aware if not up to your expectation, then it is a real hassle...really bad customer service! Also I think I know a thing or two about customer service as I have been flying for 41yrs

Love the Kim Backpack!

Purchased a lovely tote online. I accidentally entered the wrong information. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with - quick and courteous. I love my purchase! Great quality! This is by far my favorite Pixie Mood bag!

Didn't even last 2 years

I bought a Pixie Mood purse January 2023 and by later that year, the zipper was malfunctioning. Today, the seam along the bottom tore open, and I nearly lost my keys in the process. These bags are poorly made and I would not recommend them to anyone who is interested in the Reduce element of sustainable fashion.

6 months and waiting for a replacement strap that broke less than a month of me using it.

Ordered a backpack in December and received it, loved it until one of the straps broke. Here we are 6 months later and still no replacement strap. It’s unbelievable. They said it got lost in transit and it’s not their fault after it leaves the warehouse. Well then send a new one asap with a different carrier.

The way they respond makes it seem like they make these things per order. They said they will check the warehouse for a replacement strap…… 6 months????

The style is nice, quality is seriously questionable and customer service is going down daily.

Rude, entitled, unhelpful customer service

I never received my Pixie Mood purse or wallet. I ordered them December 17. On December 27 Pixie Mood emailed to say they couldn’t fulfill my order due to insufficient supply. I felt disappointed and angry for the delayed notification, and asked for my money back. They didn’t respond for several days so I contested the charge with my credit card company. Eventually on January 4th they emailed saying “we’re so sad to hear you've changed your mind! :( Your order has now been cancelled and refunded…”, a real kick in the teeth given I never changed my mind and still want my original order. The sad faced emojis (one also accompanied their initial email letting me know after 10 days they wouldn’t be fulfilling my order), demonstrates their customer service’s rude and passive aggressive approach rather than one of respect for their customers and contrition for their error. I would expect this attitude to extend to other communications should issues arise with their products.

Exchange for Damaged Bag

My husband bought 2 purses made by PIXIE MOOD and my most expensive purse bursted open in the bottom and I emailed customer support to help assist me and they were not able to give me an exchange. We could not find our receipt and they refused to do an exhange and we are stuck with a damaged purse that wasnt even a month old. I have never expericenced anything like this before with a business. I asked for an even swap and they would not help assist me at all. Sometimes you have to step outside of the rules when you are runnning a business. NOT THIS COMPANY! Do not purchase any of their products as they are NOT for the customer and all about money money money! RUN!!!

Customer service is fantastic. My strap broke and they sent a replacement right away. Prompt response from my initial email. Also the backpack I purchased is so cute and well made.

unprofessional experience

We placed an order with this company from a major gift show and did not recieve it, only to find out that they refuse to work with us as another store in town carried their product. No phone call to follow up and wasted time spent at booth at show. Very unprofessional! This is something we should have been told as soon as they saw our store address.

Repeat Customer

I love this company! The first time I bought their wallet (through a 2nd party - art/craft show) and didn't know it was vegan! I feels just like leather! Great designs and I am finally buying myself a wallet for the second time after 5 years of wear and tear! I will keep coming back for solid, beautiful, vegan products!

Unwilling to Refund my Purchase

I purchased a crossbody bag however, the size and material was not what I expected. The problem arose in trying to return the order. Pixie Mood provided the return shipping label and I packaged the order with all the original tags and the original packaging, along with a copy of the order confirmation and shipped it back to them by Canada Post. Canada Post provided confirmation of delivery on June 19 2023 however, Pixie Mood are saying they did not receive the return. They want more proof from Canada Post instead of addressing probable process breakdowns in their warehouse. Almost one month has passed with back-and forth emails. They are refusing to credit my purchase and am forcing me to make a claim with my credit card company.

Poor quality and poor returns policy

I bought two bags from this company. I liked the bucket bag and used that four times then noticed the stitching on the upper opening was coming undone. I sent photos to the company and asked for a refund. They refused a refund. The second bag, had an outside pocket with a zipper. The lining of the pocket caught in the zipper the first time I used it. I was unable to move the zipper at all. I wrote to the company and they initially suggested that I try and close the zipper or use vaseline to move it. I said that if it were better made the lining would not catch in the zipper. They refused a refund but offered a credit. I did not want to buy anything else from them, so they suggested I donate the bags to my community! Very poor quality bags and definitely not worth the $200+ that I spent on them.

As an update to this review, the company offered me a gift voucher for the full amount of the bag. I accepted the gift voucher and the support person was helpful in getting back to me, when I changed my order. Again, they suggested that I donate the bag with the broken zipper to the community, which I will do.

Rip off and poor quality

Absolute worst handbag I’ve ever owned. The metal clasps holding the straps to the bag are super flimsy and constantly break open, they’ve done this since day 1

Quality?

I Bought the bubbly wallet and the zipper broke after one week. I also bought a purse last year and the metal hoop to hold the shoulder strap broke after one month. I like the designs, but the quality could be better.
