På hver slice var der kun EN sølle skive peberfrugt, pizzaen var så skrabet med tomatsovs og ost, at det bare smagte af ren hvid dej.
Blev godt nok skuffet og vi gentager ikke besøget.

Tried to order online… wouldn’t continue to the next page to order. Called, gave all info then got cutoff, called again, had to repeat phone number and address FOUR TIMES!! Finally get order in- driver shows up and can’t get his debit machine to work. Wait 5 mins… finally pay, open box and see an overdone pizza. Won’t order from there again.

The website glitched when i placed my order but the card was still charged. I called one of the local Thunder Bay locations to try and place the order over the phone to make sure it worked this time and they wouldn't honour the free delivery code over the phone even after i tried their website first and it took my money with no food! Ended the call very disappointed. How can a company not honour a $4.75 delivery fee coupon after my trouble with the website and loose out on a sale? They were not friendly either and did not apologize for my issues.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Ordered pizza with garlic drizzle, double pepperoni and salami. No drizzle on the pizza and 2 pieces of salami on a large pizza. Sent an email and a text, no response, so I called. The best we can do is 5$ off next order🤬🤬 then they offered me 7$ off next order, not good enough I said, I didn't even eat the pizza, " you should have let us know right away", I DID!! I MESSAGED AND EMAILED RIGHT AWAY!! Sent a message to head office.. " oh sorry about that, all we can offer is 10$ off next order.. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I paid 30$ for a pizza that was not what I ordered and didn't eat!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO PIZZA PIZZA!!!

My name is Alfred ... I placed an order to my house at Dundas street west Toronto...online app .... received a email saying that my order was placed at 7.47 pm
And I would receive it at my door within 50 mins or free .... my order never arrived so I called customer service.... spoke with an agent at first that explained to me that a drive tried calling me (which I did not receive) and did not come to my door as stated in my email received from pizza pizza
I kindly explained that the driver did not do his job and did not come to my door and my order should be free as stated in the email.

I don't need free pizza but it's the experience I had with this order was very unpleasant and unprofessional.... I even spoke with a supervisor named Walter and just said ok I get things happen but a discount on my order should be made as now there we're trying to send me cold pizza and make me pay full price for there lazy driver not coming to the door to deliver as guaranteed in the delivery agreement
Such a horrible customer experience and I'm deleting the app and will never order online from this food chain again

Dont make guarantee if you can't fulfill the agreement.... there was absolutely no excuse as I was standing outside my house waiting for the driver and hoping to share this experience to let others know if you want pizza pizza best to go in and order as this franchise has horrible customer service and no respect for its customers

Walked in no pizza is available at noon hour on a Saturday. I mentioned the buck and inch. He had no idea what i was talking about. I show him the promotion on my phone. He all of a sudden had an idea. I paid with 2 20s and didn't have change except a ton of two dollar coins. This is noon on a Sat. What is he expecting to use the rest of the day for a cash float.

whoever works there doesn’t care to read instructions when you place an order easy on the sauce doesn’t mean pilot on well. Done does not mean raw. They don’t care about their jobs because Pizza Pizza doesn’t pay enough to hire people who know how to cook properly just people who don’t give a shit about their jobs that’s why I won’t be eating there ever again especially the one in Smith Falls. It’s horrible there.

toppings were uncooked...pizza pizza sent another one free --- but we (crew workers) were all underwhelmed with the first and second pizza...not sure if the managment is under new ownership? but i predict this company will go out of business if they keep delivering sub-standard product...i hope someone steps in to bring back the delicious pizza pizza that we once enjoyed...

Fast and very friendly people at the main at location. Will definitely order from there again !!

I have been ordering from Pizza pizza for many years. But my order tonight was anything but
Good. They said my order was delivered. I was sitting here watching for the driver, which never came. They argued with me then saying it was delivered when I know it wasn't. And then had to be redelivered, and was cold and greasy. I lived in an apartment building and I am sitting right outside of the apartment building. Watching the street and can see when the driver comes and he never came. I told the person on the phone this and he just kept repeating that. The driver came and I didn't answer. So it went back to the store. They didn't have the phone number that I had put in on my order. They had a totally different phone number that I didn't put in. I think it's time to try a new Pizza place.

I was physically assaulted by the workers when I went to the store. I asked to exchange the slice as I asked for veggie as I can't have meat. He told me to get lost and some customer took the slice I bought and said the slice I bought belonged to me. That's when the worker forced me to get out of the store as he shoved me out the door, lol, not sure if I am supposed to find it hilarious or shocking. I had other experiences such as delivery send to wrong area and glitch charge of the food I ordered. AI told me to contact customer service however customer service refused. AI told me to send it to HRTO and to Ombudsman, I did and I was bounced back to them. I went to complain to officers and they said it is a civil matter and not a criminal matter. AI didn't have any other answers and the media didn't get back to me such as BBC, CNN, CBC, and more.

I contacted Pizza Pizza for a charitable contiionof 10 pizzas per week.

We serve 10,000 meals per year to marginised people. The donation for corporation would amount to less than $20 per week. Three dollas per day.

Guess what the answer was? If you guessed "No", you are correct!

Very sad. Pizza Pizza could not spare the equivalent of less than a coffee per day.

Waaay Overpriced for what you get. 3 SMALL Pizzas were $58.00 online. It was suspicious ordering as you never get ANYTHING telling you the size of the custom build thin pizza. But by the price tag (almost $18.00 each) I thought it was at least a Medium Pizza. It is not! It is smaller than a personal pan pizza!! Go with Popular Pizza and stay away from this overpriced rip of that doesn't even taste that great.

I took sometimes to write this review because I want people to know the truth. I have ordered a pizza in one of their locations in Gatineau the pizza pizza and Gatineau had messed up my order. I had call afterwards. Pizza pizza general complaint customer service to let them know about this situation. The lady that I had spoke to had assured me that the credit of $20 would have been put to my account seeing that the location where I bought the pizza had messed up my order. Not once but twice and me being a trustworthy person and always believing in humanity decided to trust this customer service representative from pizza pizza main office. The other day I went to a pizza pizza in another location so I could apply the credit that the customer service representative from pizza pizza main office had promise to put to my account. Sure enough, after a 55-minute verification time of wait, I was told that there was never no credits of $20 to my account. The conversation with the pizza pizza customer service clerk had never happened, so I find that very rare and very unlikely for a business of this magnitude to diminish depreciate and undermine their own customers. Mind you, I'm a person that absolutely loves pizza and being vegan. Pizza is the only vegan option around near me so I say this with a sad heart. Since this incident in August I had not returned to pizza pizza because the customer service at pizza in general begs to differ. With this I must add that I'm very saddened by they're poor unreliable customer service and would definitely advise future customers to ask for proof of credit before hanging up and definitely! not take there word because like me you will probably end up with a no credit to your account. Very saddened and just to specify, we are customers that take usually four extra large pizza so we're not just a once in a in a while customer we love pizza and we eat it frequently so sad and hurt by this lack of customer loyalty

Ordered pizza from pizzapizza last night, and it was good but the delivery of that pizza was horrible, ordered in kelowna and driver couldn't be bothered to get out of his car buzz my number and deliver my pizza which is his job, no instead said it was delivered which made me go running outside of my apartment thinking he left it on the ground, to find him parked in his car and waiting for me hands it over like he is doing me a favor, if this is how they treat there customers I won't be ordering from them again.

$22.59 and my loyalty to PIZZA PIZZA went to waste. I was tempted by the New ANCIENT GRAINS CRUST , I checked the contents on that above the counter screen tv menu. it showed - on my choice - peperoni and jalapeno pepper . I ordered. I received it , it tasted sweet . I complained to the employees . I said it doesn't say anything about sweetness on the panel . Employees kept answering : that's how it comes . back and forth with no logical ending. I dropped the pizza on the counter and left. Then I called customer service, as soon as I told him the problem he simply hang up . That is how LOW PIZZA PIZZA has become.

Today SEP-01 , PIZZA PIZZA Customer Service called me in less then 24hrs. I was given a credit for the amount I had paid. I was able to use the credit amount . Pizza Pizza made it right , and I am satisfied But never at that same store .

Never will I ever deal or buy another pizza from Pizza Pizza, I had a order of 9 pizza's for a customer in Thornhill, Markham and went to the Pizza Pizza on Yonge Street at Royal Orchard and was told we don't deliver in that area any more, so I was told to go over to Bayview Ave at High Tech and right away told its not in our area, so i went to Pizza Nova and took my order and delivered. I made a complaint at there customer service and they told me that its up to each store to make that choice, Really I said. I went back to there head office and they reached out to that store and said they would deliver....TOO LATE . I moved on. My Pizza orders based on one year equals to $5000.00 for my customers and now they have lost this... Good Luck to this company going forward. Best Regards Bob Foster

Horrible service, drivers are rude and are expecting a tip! I hate PizzaPizza so bad. Shitty service. Get drivers that actually know how to do their job properly. Never ordering from them again. That’s why Pizza Hut is so much better. Teach your drivers have to be better at customer service!!

Worst customer service. Ordered pizza 1.5 hours ago and they didn’t have it ready and then they argue that it’s not their fault. They don’t know how to speak to their customers. They spend hours talking with delivery staff but don’t cook food for waiting customers. Rude and ill behaved staff.
