My problem is with the representative that took my call.
After giving my address & phone number, I asked if the store that would be delivering to me would have a working deep fryer. I explained that we order wings & 1 outta 4 times we will receive a call stating that the deep fryer is out of service. He told me that if I didn't like it to buy call somewhere else. As I said "Exuse me?" He proceeded to hang up on me. I did call back and spoke to a Supervisor, my only compensation was the Supervisor saying he was sorry on behalf of that representative. This will definitely be our last order placed after 30 plus yrs of being customers.
The wings were good and so was the delivery.

Great pizza when made right. Just depends who makes it for you.

Our order was input incorrectly twice. Each time I had to contact them to have it fixed. They then charged our credit card three times for the order (a birthday party). We were charged close to $300. Our credit card was flagged for potential fraud while my husband was on a business trip. When we called "customer service" we were told to resolve it through our credit card. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that they were busy and to try calling back.

Pure Crap. Just terrible slop. I felt bad for the garbage when I put the pizza pizza slop inside it.

A medium looks like a small, a large a medium and the XL like a large. Very disappointed. This company got to expensive for what they offer.

When I first ordered here 3 months ago, I thought, wow! Fresh ingredients, fresh taste, good amounts of sauce and toppings. How quickly that has deteriorated. Even ordering extra sauce, there is barely a scraping of it, and the veggies and toppings have suddenly become so skimpy! Probably not going to order here again ...

This is the third time I had ordered pizza and wings within the last 6 months three times pizza was burnt wings were burnt will never order from pizza pizza again in Etobicoke on Browns line

I ordered a pizza again, after a 6 week of organic diet. Eating only living plantbased whole food (basically).

I could enjoy a pizza in past and enjoyed it. I was a bit ignoring the reaction of my stumoch afterwards. But now I got such reaction in my stumoch. This is 'fast food' but for the body it is SLOW in processing. The next morning it is still not finished processing.

As soon as you eat healthy again, all their "secrets" of commercial ingredients are alarmed by the body itself.

I also ordered 2 pizza's. Got 3, had to pay for three. It's miscommunication on all levels for me now.

This is not for me anymore.

Look around you. More then 50% is probably fat. Some food companies don't care at all.

Pizza changed. Its like Dominos cheese. Pizza Pizza way back used to have long stringy cheese and better sauce and dough. The sizes are now small.. Never again.

I've only ordered once... Much cheaper than double r!! Double r is 40$ for a medium Hawaiian!

From pizza pizza I got an extra Large meat lovers (same as double r grizzly) for almost half the price!!

Cons, it was my first order and they messed it up!

Forgot my double curly fries, forgot my double onion rings....

They did fix it and credit the money back but wtf!? First time I ordered and screwed up already?

Pro, at least they have a crust you can taste unlike double r, you better like super thin crust pizza to get double r, personally I like thick crust. I've seen thicker crust than double r on thin crust frozen pizza

Plus you have a choice of crust, thin stuffed etc

Con. Pizza pizza is not as generous with the cheese as double r is

But, in the end, a med Hawaiian for $40 from double r, or an extra large meat lovers with mushrooms and extra cheese from pizza pizza for the same price, I'll take pizza pizza!!

Pizza pizza has horrible cardboard tasting crust and the customer service is nothing to write home about. They 1277 York mills location told driver I did not pay when I had paid and he kept the pizza hostage from my kids. When I called customer service all they did was apologize and tell the driver to release the pizza as he yelled at them for not sending that information on. He didn’t know the complete address either. Now transferred 3 times and kept on hold indefinitely waiting for me to hang up but I refuse. So we are still on hold u til they hang me up. I have unlimited minutes. I highly doubt not recommend!

To busy on iPods) earbuds to deal with actual cash paying customers. Might as well just do on line as. No interest in anything else

Our first time, and last time purchasing. Received a flyer, we decided to buy a 16 inch with 2 topping. It was a dry thick dough with carefully measured out sauce, just enough to add a bit of red. The toppings, bacon and pepperoni. I counted about 5-7 peices of bacon crumble 5mm x 9mm each, about 1 & 1/2 to 2 pepperoni per slice. Cheese? I think there may have been some, but nothing that would be visually identifiable as cheese.
Generic taste you expect from a frozen pizza with even less toppings. I felt insulted! NO THANK YOU! NEVER AGAIN!! Serve me right for being gullible to remotely trust a corporation. I tossed out the whole thing. Back to my local family owned pizzeria. I pay more, but I get good stuff.

The arrived 1 hour and an half later and did not want to give us the free delivery as they said. Don't trust this company. I gave 5$ to the guy, he said it was happening often...very bad.,,

Pizza pizza used to be my favorite. Yesterday I got a cheese with like NO cheese and partly burnt. If there was a way to add a photo i would. Guess we'll be going to Domino's now

I ordered from the Lundy’s Lane location in Niagara Falls, as per usual. They are usually good. Today I ordered a pizza for pick up at 5pm. I paid for it at 4:45pm, and advised I would wait because I was early. It was already finished, and opened it in my car. It was cold, dry, and hardly had any ham on it, was a good amount of pineapple. The doe wasn’t cooked through properly. Very disappointing! I will go somewhere else next time. Was a horrible experience.
